We stayed at Hotel Rose for skiing in Dolomites, and we simply loved it! There are many reasons to stay here, so I will bring couple of points: - 🚞 You are 3min walk from the train station(easy to walk with your ski boots on), and you can directly go to 2 ski resorts - 2stations away from 3 Zinnen and 3stations away from Kronplatz(and all trains are free for people staying in this hotel), Kronplatz train station is better organized, since you can directly hop on from train to gondola, amazing experience! If you take the car, Cortina d'Ampezzo is very close too(we didn't like it though, Kronplatz was the best out of three resorts mentioned, by far!) - 🥽 Ski storage room is very well equipped, there are boots' warmers, so you will surely have dry boots in the morning, also you get your own ski storage place with ability to lock it - for free! Just ask at the reception - 👨‍🍳 Half board is super tasty with a big volume(Salad bar + 2 plates of dishes + dessert), and all the staff are very attentive and nice people, for dinner you get 3options - meat, fish and vegetarian - so there is something for everybody. Salad bar is also great with a lot of variety. Great choice of wines as well! - 🛋️ Rooms are very big, comfortable, clean and new! Bathrooms are big and easy to dry some of your stuff. - 🅿️ Parking lots are big, so there is a parking space for everybody! - 🪙 Overall great value! For example, we ordered a lot of drinks for our dinners, and prices were very reasonable! Some tips for people coming for ski: - Buy online Dolomiti Superski pass at least 2days before arrival, you get 5% discount and you can take your ski pass directly from the ticket machine, without the need to be in queue in ticket office, amazing experience! You just scan the QR code you get the ski pass immediately - Book directly through Hotel Rose's website, they are allowing free cancelation 14days before arrival!

Amazing place, family owned with a very friendly staff. The rooms were renovated and spacious with wonderful view of the mountains. Breakfast was abundant with the option to order bacon and/or eggs on top of the Buffett. There was option to have dinner in the hotel restaurant where the price quality was really good,

the only less good think is that the staff changed my table (yes the table was always the same for dinner and breakfast :)) by the middle of the stay and put me in another smaller room where pets were allowed, I hope they didn’t this because of my baby.

Hotel was newly renovated and the shower was AMAZING. The piping hot water and spacious bathroom felt luxurious and was so great after a long day of hiking in the dolomites. Very good location near to Lago Di Braies (20 mins drive), and about 40 mins drive to Tre Cime. We also went to the San Silvestro valley which was one of the best hikes we did (about 10 mins drive). Breakfast and dinner options were great. We didn't do the half board but for 22 euros per person, the dinner was very extensive and filling and value for money. The carbonara was so good. It is a family run business and you can see how everyone cares about the hotel and is passionate about it. All the staff were warm and friendly and went above and beyond.

The blankets on the bed were quite small - it was OK for summer but would have preferred a larger blanket beds were on the firmer end - this is a personal preference

The hotel is super nice, with recently renewed rooms and beautiful, spacious bathrooms, and caring staff. The food for breakfast and dinner is excellent (every dinner different menu). The location is great, super close to the train station, 3 stations away from ski slopes in Vierschach and Kronplatz.

We loved everything about Hotel Rose ..from the minute we arrived we felt comfortable…our room was very nice…great size, comfortable bed, nice pillows, immaculate bathroom. Every staff member we came across were helpful and pleasant obviously happy in their work…we chose the breakfast option and so pleased we did…also decided to try the evening meal the first night and ended up eating for the 3 nights we were there it was so good.. thank you to all involved at Hotel Rose for a memorable stay!

Our only suggestion would be that a small fridge in the room would be very helpful

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an overall excellent stay at Hotel Rose and we want to thank the Sinner family and all the hotel staff for the great experience. I've stayed in resorts in Switzerland, France and Austria as well and I can honestly say that our time at Hotel Rose and the ski area in general was one of the best experiences. 1. The rooms were big and nicely designed and the bed was comfortable. Perfect environment to relax after a ski day, which was the main purpose of our trip. 2. The service was great everywhere. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, everyone was sincere in their hospitality. They even went our of their way to accommodate us when we had special requests. 3. The food was very tasty and diverse (half-board). The wine selection was also excellent and fairly priced (most of them 20-30 euro per bottle but you also have the house-wine option). 4. The ski room was heated and big enough for anything you may need. They have a workspace so you can even prep your equipment. 5. The hotel's location is very good. 15 minutes from the 3 Zinnen ski area - Versciaco, 40 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo, 45 minutes from Kronplatz. If you have 5-6 ski days and a car they all have different vibes and are worth exploring but if you don't 3 Zinnen is good enough by itself.

Beautiful, spacious and newly renovated rooms with impeccably clean views of the mountains and the river. Although it is difficult to satisfy the taste when it comes to food, this hotel offers what we have not been able to taste in better and more expensive hotels and restaurants. Of our 6 evenings spent there, we never had the same food again. Varied, enough to eat and delicious. Very warm and friendly staff, as well as the owners. The Sinner family leaves nothing to chance, so they know how to sneak up on dinner and ask if everything is okay. The hotel represents what everyone should be and have. We are delighted, congratulations. Warm recommendations, and we will be back.

Very friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms. They were very accommodating to us having a dog, reserving a table for morning breakfast in a separate area so we don't mix with other people having dogs. We had a big dog with us, , they had no issue with it and we greatly appreciate this type of accommodation.

One day was really hot and there is no A/C in the rooms. But during the evening and night the temperature goes down so it cools down the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival offering ideas for what to do in the area. Nice location with some shops and amenities nearby. The room was modern and clean with lots of space. Plus a balcony to enjoy the sunny afternoons. Lots of onsite parking available. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our stay which was really great. Lots of options and generous portions. Food was all very tasty.

We loved staying at Hotel Rose located in the heart of Villabassa. The staff was so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Our balcony overlooked a river right below our room and was a great place to hang out and look at the mountains. The buffet breakfast was amazing and they even made us fresh eggs (not usual in Italy). We also ate dinner at the restaurant each night which was also incredible and well worth the €22 price. The room was modern and beautiful with a very comfy bed. I would recommend anyone stay at Hotel Rose.
