We always knew it was going to be a lovely place to stay, but honestly we have been blown away. Each evening has been perfect. From the everyday warm greetings from Heidi and her staff, relaxing in the wellness centre to sooth our muscles after exploring the Dolomites, to the cosy vibes throughout the hotel restaurant, bar and even the reception area. Our stay has been nothing short of exceptional and we recommend Hotel Edel Weiss to anyone, a keen hiker, biker, skier or anyone passing through. Hotel Edel Weiss is a dream and we can’t wait to come back. Freya and Ed 😊

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was great, with a good variety of bread types, fresh fruits, etc. We stayed for 5 nights and also had dinner in their restaurant 3 times: good food and pretty well priced. The room was very nice, we even had a small balcony. Parking is free, they have their own lot in front of the hotel. As to the beds: the mattresses were very good, but boy, did we struggle with the pillows! Way too big and fluffy, without offering real support (and also no alternative pillows in the closet). So if you plan on going: don't worry about the beds, they are really very comfy. But perhaps bring your own pillow ;-)

I thoroughly enjoyed the location, which provided stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The restaurant surpassed my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service. Moreover, the spa facilities were outstanding, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that exceeded my expectations

We loved this property. It was conveniently located near Lago di Braies. The room was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. We didn’t have a chance to use the wellness center but checked it out and it looked awesome. The breakfast was good, they even offered me a Gluten Free bun upon request. We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Sadly we didn't have time to experience the spa. The rooms were spacious and included a generous couch.

The beds were too soft for us and the bathroom shower did flood into the room.

Alpine atmosphere at the accommodation, combining traditional features with modern style. A cozy and charming place to stay. Delicious breakfast, clean room. Nature is beautiful here.

the only little thing we didn’t like was the spa area because we wished there was a whirlpool type of spa, but that’s our preference!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated The breakfast was amazing so many options to eat from fruit to cereal breads. The staff is very friendly, highly recommend it.

Amazing location 11 minutes from Lago di Brais. Comfortable rooms with a rustic feel, and a delicious breakfast included. They were accommodating of our dog and placed a crib in the room for our infant.

A lovely place with great food , spa and a very friendly and accommodating staff, in the beautiful valley of Braies.
