Its location was excellent, both in the town not far from the train and also in the valley, next to the Dolomiti Superbike race venue and accessible by bike even to Lago di Braise/Pragser Wildsee. The food was also great. I love not having to search out a restaurant for dinner, knowing I’ll be getting superb food right at the hotel. It was also a nice surprise that there was a dedicated bike “box” for bike storage. One of the staff members literally went home and raided her sewing supplies after I realized the race organizers didn’t include safety pins for securing one of the two identification number plates they gave us. That was amazing!

It would be nice if they took the extra steps to just become a bike hotel, now that they have the well secured bike storage area. I would have loved to have a bike stand, pump, and tools, but they didn’t advertise themselves as auch so I didn’t expect it and thus it’s less a complaint and more of an idea to help more people like me who are traveling from quite far and don’t have enough space to take everything.

Great location near bus stop and short walk to train station. Close to other restaurants and shops. Wonderful attentive staff. Clean. Lovely decor with alpine charm. Amazing gourmet food experience. Relaxing spa. Transit pass included. We loved everything about this property. Great value!

Required to use some stairs to get to our suite. A little inconvenient when carrying luggage.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel central to the town and places in the Dolomites. We had dinner every night and it was tasty, good value for money. The staff were so very helpful. I left my passport there and they kept it for me to pick up. We had a car but we also used the great shuttles. A great location for Lake Braies and Tre Cimes a highlight of our 6 week holiday in Italy.

EVERYTHING. It was marvelous, fantastic, brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great 4 course dinner of you get the half board, various choices for breakfast, nice wellness center, give me hotels like this every time please.

Nothing really. If I was picky, my room faced main road and was a wee bit noisy but hey everything else more than countered this.

We loved the outdoor terrace, food was excellent and staff was wonderful. The location is great, we could walk to the train station.

Great value for a 3 stars (superior), I would recommend the half-board option as the food and service was great.
