Facilities in room and on site were good - games room, spa area, kitchenette. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty to choose from.

Some facilities were a little dated (shower, steam room) but everything was clean and functioned well. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached but didn't offer information on check-in (we had to ask about breakfast times, facilities available etc). I would also recommend brushing up on your German and Italian, or having a translate app downloaded as English is not always provided. This is relevant for the local area, not just this hotel.

Everything was good! Location was super good: close to train station, close to many grocery shops, many hiking/bicycle paths are near you, close to Dobbiaco center etc. Good open parking if you are coming by car, suitable also for SUV cars. Staff was nice and helpful, clean big room with a small kitchen (you can cook there, all the necessary stuff for cooking could be found), comfortable bed, very good breakfast. WiFi was working okay.

The place was spacious, beautiful balcony, and delicious breakfast. Also, the location was amazing! If you’re there for Lago di Braies or Tre Cime, it’s a 15 min drive to Lago di Braies and ~30 mins to Tre Cime/Cadini di Misurina. If you’re arriving by train, it’s less than 5 mins walk from train station. We rented a gas car from Venice and were unfortunately provided an EV, but they have a charger in their lot which saved us.

Everything is good. The location is near railway station. The apartment is clean and has well cooking equipment.

He did not inform me the guest cards will be sent to me by email when finishing check in. At the result, I spend €43 on the travel cost which should be free. Hope he should inform guests verbally in future.

Very well equipped apartment with all the utensils you could need, a nice balcony and a spacious room. Plus sauna was great too. Close to the train station and a little walk from the town centre (maybe 15 mins) but great location to catch lots of the local buses, plus right opposite a bike rental place too

A couple of mins walk from the train station. Nice layout with kitchen & seating area, extra bed and separate bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen had all the utensils and kit you would need to cook etc - you just need to bring the food! Apartments very warm & comfortable - in summer needed to open windows at night but outside was cooler so it worked out. Nice games room for some evening fun and a gym with a reasonably useful selection of kit (albeit a bit dated) Rooms are very clean Nice selection for breakfast inc cooked eggs how you want them, good cereal/fruit selection, meats, cheeses, breads and a far too tempting range of cakes

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had good amenities but we didn’t really use them. We had a triple so the room was on the smallish side but this was to be expected. The breakfast had a good choice and was tasty.

The property was located outside the center but we weren’t unduly bothered by this.

Everything!! First, the staff was great, Andrwe was available and kind to help and answer all of our questions, the bartender was very kind, the cleaning was perfect, they even fold our pijamas, my wife was very pleased. The location and the big yard was great, amazing experience. We will definitely come back.

An excellent location for discovering the Dolomites .A short walk to the railway station and the bus stop. A very helpful owner who can speak several languages including English.

Nothing much to dislike at all.

Location, cosiness, size of the room, więc from windows, warm in the room, opening windows, balconies, tasty food. Table tennis, billiards, room for skiing shoes, easy laundry.
