We stayed at Villa Rainer, which is separate to the Hotel. The location is stunning and there is a large decked roof area which gives the most incredible views over the surrounding countryside…..which is incredibly beautiful. We also had a lovely balcony with chairs and a table, so plenty of places to stare in awe at the mountains! It’s a short walk down into town, so it’s a great location. There’s free parking out front and it’s a very peaceful place. Definitely recommend.

It was most likely me being useless, but I couldn’t find a way to turn up the Air con and the room was quite warm at night. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful recently renovated apartment. Had everything we need (though we didn’t really use the kitchen). Gorgeous view! We had a great stay!

A few things worth mentioning - non was a deal breaker for us: - location is beautiful but I wish it was closer to a town center where more food options are available. - Laundry was available and super convenient, but it’s not free nor cheap at $12euro a load. - the property description included a pool, but the pool is not on site. As a guest of this property, you are able to use the pool of a different hotel which is 2km away. Luckily it was chilly and we didn’t miss the pool, nonetheless, it was disappointing to find out when we checked in.

The position of the apartment is amazing. It is new and very well organized with high quality materials in the interior.

The prize is high, daily cleaning should be included. The spa facilities are not in the apartment, they are 2km away.

Beautiful well equipped hotel/appartement just outside busy street in sexten, with walkable distance to gut restaurants/ supermarkets. View is spectacular, staff is great with extra tips and tricks how to optimize stay.

Price on high side.

Super clean, new appartment. The view is just mesmerizing and the Rainer family is just wonderful. This appartment has a nice and quiet location and the best is that the amenities of the Rainer Family resort can be used.

The apartment was very well planned, clean and everything seemed new, but nothing could beat the view. Waking up with the mountains white with snow was amazing

I wish I had read the emails I received from the property with more care as there were services we could have used but did not know they exist. Perhaps a paper copy of those at the apartment could be useful

Highly personable and attentive proprietor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Modern, newly renovated facilities with full amenities and common area. Clean, comfortable, very quiet with a wonderful mountain view from a full glass-walled master bedroom. Good location, close to groceries, hikes and via ferrata trails.

Pricing was a bit high relative to similar offerings.

Arrived on a Sunday with all shops closed. Would be nice to have some milk and coffee or tea bags for arrival. The bathroom only had a bath with a hand held shower attachment. It was tricky to shower without spraying water everywhere.

Had a whole apartment with kitchen for myself, very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent spa facilities included (in Moos, 45 minutes walk from this location) on the way back from hiking up Tre Cime.

Incredible view and beautiful apparent. Large and well equipped bathroom.

Would be nice to have cooking essentials salt, pepper, oil, etc. left in the property.
