We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The location is excellent (the ski lifts are across the road from the hotel). The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent. We stayed during Christmas and they really put extra effort to make it very special. The Christmas dinner was absolutely fantastic! We will come back for sure

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Sexten-Helm gondola. It's great if you ski. The food was remarkable - good choices for breakfast and very tasty dinners with local wine, coupled with professional waiting service. The hosts offered an aperitif evening for the guests one night, with drinks and cookies. The staff at the reception were very responsive. The cleaning was spotless. We used the spa area only once - it was relatively small but served its purpose very well. Free parking in front of the hotel and a free bus service in the valley add to your comfort. You can visit San Candido or go as far as Passo Monte Croce without ever moving your car. Our room at the attic had a two-way view: Monte Elmo with the ski lift on one side and the Tre Cime range on the other side. We had a great time at the Hotel Waldheim! It's a very friendly and well-managed property.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us as guests. The location is great, as are the food and amenities. I highly recommend Hotel Waldheim!

Perhaps the only thing to improve could be air-conditioning in the rooms and slightly softer mattresses.

I enjoyed very stay in Walheim hotel. The rooms are clean and confortable and the personnel make an effort to make you feel at home.

Front Desk Staff service was excellent. Excellent Dinner- must make reservations if you want to eat dinner at the hotel. Prices was very good for the area. Stay was very nice. Hope to return, next time we will request a room facing the mountains and not the street.

Nice hotel with friendly staff near the cable car. Room smaller but quite sufficient. Of course there was daily cleaning and clean towels. Breakfast was good, I would have liked more vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, etc...
