Well positioned

Breakfast

The bedroom was comfortable and we fitted in three people without any problem. We had a huge balcony from which we could enjoy a beautiful landscape. The bus stop to Sesto and San Candido is very close so there is no problem to reach them (and the bus ticket was provided by the hotel). Plenty of hikes and good food to enjoy. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and responsive.

The wifi was not always working but this is the norm in this location and I would not blame the hotel. Prepare for a plan B if you need a connection to work.

Central, clean, well-maintained. The strongest aspect was its alliance with Hotel Alpi. Hotel Alpi staff are amazing - with Alpi comes the advise on tramping trips, pool use, train tickets. The infrastructure of Sexton valley is outstanding - tramps are essential accessible straight out of the door.

The hotel has not quite made up its mind who their main customers are: motor bike tourists, local farmers, or trampers. The breakfast is acceptable - it. Like be enhance by more than one choice of bread and less cakes.

Our room was clean and well equipped. Quick elevator for carrying heavy bags. A good espresso macchiato at the breakfast. The restaurant (Il Leone) at the ground floor has good local cuisine.

Located in Moso, not in Sesto. This should be better highlighted already before booking! Check in/out is at another place (Biovita Hotel Alpi which is located on the upper hill of the town). This should also be better highlighted before booking. The bed is very low, the furniture are quite oldschool (and a little smelly). Small parking lot on one side of the building, loud mountain spring on the other side. Vegetables for breakfast would be good in the future. The restaurant is full of houseflies (during breakfast and dinner too).

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - walkable to 2 ski lifts, as well as many restaurants. Free parking right out front. We also got to use the sauna and pool at their sister hotel. Room was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and only a short walk (15 minutes) from Sexten. Staff arranged a lock box so I could get my key after the reception closed which was handy. Great room, breakfast and restaurant. Bus ticket for the region was provided and made transport very easy.

Wifi was a bit slow and had to log in every few minutes, but bar from that it was great

Can’t tell how the Lowenwirt was because we got upgraded to the hotel across the road which was an absolute fantastic stay!!

Free breakfast and spa access- however unfortunately unable to make use of this as had to leave very early. Very friendly staff

I didn’t enjoy having to check in at a different hotel than the one where my room was located. It felt inconvenient, especially since the spa was also at another hotel, which meant we barely used it. The spa hours were also disappointing — while it was open until 7 pm, the jacuzzi stopped working at 6:30 pm. This doesn’t make much sense given there’s only one jacuzzi, and guests would naturally want to enjoy it until closing time. In addition, there was a few shower gel provided in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room felt a bit dated. I wouldn’t normally complain, but considering we paid £900 for four nights, I was expecting a higher standard of quality from the hotel
