The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. They learned what I liked and were ready for me each morning. Great location close to the lift. I really appreciated the lounge space with local wines available. Had a fantastic week and was sad to leave. Will happily return.

The hosts were very friendly, warm, and responsive to requests. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Interiors are very attractive with good attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly and efficient hostess. Good ski storage room with boot drying racks. Easy walk to the ski lift and close to several good restaurants.

The owner is a superhost. He helps as much as he can. If there is anything you want to know or need help with, he is always ready to give it to you. The accommodation has everything. Provides all the details and all the necessities. I can see the care and attention to the real guests. Thank you very much for getting to know us and for taking care of us throughout our stay there. Very nice and helpful owners dedicated to provide cozy and unforgettable stay at their charming bed and breakfast. This accommodation is definitely worth the money. Breakfast is really good, served by lovely lady and location is great. Waldheim ski lift is really very close and you don’t need a car at all. Also, if you are ski beginner or with small kids, just few steps away from accommodation are ski lifts adjusted for beginners so I find that also as benefit.

Owners are very committed to ensuring each guest has an enjoyable stay. Since I could not have breakfast due to an early morning hike, they arranged to put a nespresso machine with two pods for coffee in my room and a few packaged food items as well as an apple and a pear. Very thoughtful of them.

Great room, as clean as it can be! the bed was probably the most comfortable one that I have ever slept on. Federico and Federica were very helpful and nice hosts. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. One small constructive advice is to place some thick curtains on the bathroom window since some guests may want to feel a bit more privacy. However, this did not negatively affect our stay!

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Great restaurant suggestions. Amazing views from our balcony. Federica gave us good recommendations for restaurants. We loved breakfast, and the breakfast lady, I can’t remember her name but she was awesome. We will definitely go back and stay at Cima Dodici again! 🥰

Very sympathetic and kind hosts with interest in the guests. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious, clean and cosy. Overall a great experience. And I can't forget the very nice lady serving the breakfast:)

Cima Dodici is set in the most beautiful place in all of Italy. The views are simply stunning. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Simple Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have made a big difference to us.

The best hospitality service we have experienced in a long time! Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, not to mention that we never moved the car for 5 days because you can walk to everything :D. Francesco and Francesca went out of their way to accommodate us and some last-minute changes to our booking. Thank you for a lovely holiday!
