Well located to visit the Pragser Wildsee and the Drei Zinnen if you have a car. Sabine was exceptionally friendly - we are pleased to chat with her. The restaurant serves nice local cuisine, and also excellent Neapolitan style pizzas. The breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed the views from our hotel room over the mountains.

Balcony from hotel room was shared with other rooms on the floor. One window had no shutters.

The owner was very kind and attentive. The food was extremely delicious - best pizzas I've ever eaten, and the breakfast was really tasty (lots of choices). The location was beautiful - we had a nice view on the mountains from our room, and there is a hotel 1 km up the hill which offers even more spectacular view. The jacuzzi was great, warm and clean.

The bio/herbal sauna didn't work. The toilet was leaking. Breakfast was too late (8 am), because the skiing resort (Kronplatz - 20 min away) opens at 8.15, so it would be better if it was served at 7.

It was a agreat pleasure to book a room at this family hotel ! Good staff very friendly nice restaurant and pizzeria with goood pizza ! Nearly a good slope for family with children! And the others slopes at least 10min with the car ( Valdaora Kronplatz) !very clean room with sparkling linens! It was a great experience!!

A genuine family run hotel, very welcoming. We arrived on our motorcycles VERY wet and the host helped move our gear to her drying room, exceedingly welcome as we were on the road again in the morning.

Just the parking, but it is a hotel in the mountains so it was unrealistic to expect flat parking. Otherwise everything was great.

Sabine was so kind and helpful (and patient) with us English speakers during check in and while serving us dinner. It’s clear she cares about her guests and property. it was so clean and comfortable. Plus, a beautiful view and great food. We ate dinner at the pizzeria and were very full and happy after.

Not really a complaint, more of a disclaimer that there are stairs to get up and down to the rooms. We are packed for a 3 week trip covering a lot of different climates so it was a little cumbersome with our particular size of luggage.

The pizzeria downstairs was wonderfull. We had probably the best pizzas from our entire trip to Italy there. So definately go to the pizzeria if you choose to stay at this hotel. The place is clean and the staff is nice and helpful.

My friends and I spent 2 nights at this beautiful chalet, end of June. The room was cozy with a great balcony and a beautiful view, and the location was perfect for us to visit Lago di Braies, Tre Cime and a couple of other places. There is free parking available. We've also used the spa which was very much welcome after a full day of trekking, and at only 15€pp for 2 hours (it's open between 5-7pm). The best thing about it though is the incredibly friendly and helpful owners that made us feel at home. And the food is absolutely delicious, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We were planning on trying a different restaurant for our second night there, but decided to come back and try the pasta as the food was that good.

The only small thing is that the spa bath has cold water, not hot. This is great to dip in after the hammam, but would have somehow prefered a hot jacuzzi. It's a small detail though. Everything was great.

Their pizza was amazing ! We felt we are in Napoli! We had our dog with us and they accommodated in every way!

Extremely friendly hosts. A wonderful family atmosphere. The pizzeria within the hotel offers delicious food at reasonable prices. The rooms were clean and spacious.

A small TV in the double room (the quadruple room had a large TV), but nothing to spoil the overall excellent experience.

The owners were exceptional. Friendly. Welcoming. Above and beyond with hospitality.

Some refurbishment would be recommended for the future. However it’s in a great location, beautiful and scenic village.
