I really liked the location, which is close to scenic farms and beautiful landscapes. The chalet is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. One thoughtful touch was the daily bulletin placed on the breakfast table, which included tips on local activities and weather forecasts—very helpful for planning our days. My kids truly enjoyed their time outdoors, playing in the simple playground and exploring the charming garden. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen essentials and air conditioning, which added to our comfort. There was also a laundry washing machine available in the garage, which was very convenient during our stay. We stayed for one night. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - from the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted with a welcoming smile and made to feel at home. Very nice design, with everything little detail well planned - even better than the pictures on booking.com. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, we enjoyed the spa. The breakfast was lovely. In short, everything was perfect but the best feature of the place is the staff.

The apartment is fully equipped with AC (living room and the bedrooms) so that helps when the weather is hot. Also the kitchen is fully equipped with the items you will need to cook. The staff is super friendly and they are very helpful at anytime. There is a washing machine room available.

The jacuzzi is super fun for the kids after a long day but the amount of chlorine is high, which they need to reduce in future.

We stayed there for 5 nights with two children. The place is amazingly clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The chalet is small, so as you enter the place, you immediately feel at home. The rooms are quite large and have a very nice, big kitchen that includes everything for your daily needs, and, importantly, it is family-friendly. They have a laundry room as well, which was freely accessible during our stay. The sauna and relaxation room were very nice and comfortable. The staff is super helpful and nice to communicate with. They provide you with all the help, tips, and advice that you need for traveling in the area. The location is, I would say, strategic, as you are far away from the city center of Bruneck, so you completely feel the mountains. On the other hand, within 10 minutes of driving, you can reach the city center and the highway, which allows you to reach multiple directions to explore several locations such as lakes, mountains, and other activities very easily. Of course, within 1 min walk you can also reach the cable cars for the Kronplatz Mountain.

Amazing aparthotel! Everything was great. Starting with the views, super helpful staff, very beautiful apartments, yummy breakfast and so comfortable parking garage. Everything was top notch.

It's a pity there was no microwave as that is a useful appliance in short stay apartments.

Everything was perfect , location , spacious rooms , i have never seen a staff as amazing as i have seen here they will make you love it over there , the breakfast was small but contained variety of foods and you can ask for eggs if you want , location is next to the cable car site , it is good place for arabs , there is many restaurants near by
