All of it was great! The room was super spacious, we even had a small extra room where we could place our baby bed. The staff was very well trained and helpful. The hotel had many facilities we used, among which the indoor and outdoor pool and the kids playground area. We took advantage of the mid-pension package with snack and dinner included - the food options were many and delicious.

The spa was great but could only be accessed naked. The rooms in the residence were lovely and spacious, might need a slightly bit of renovation.

Special recognition is due to the staff, who were friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room and in the spa area. The breakfasts were a large buffet, but one could also have eggs and bacon to order. The dinners were equally varied and plentiful. The spa was extensive, with steam bath, several sauna rooms, an indoor/outdoor pool, and treatment area. Our room was more like a small apartment, with an extra bedroom, balcony, and an eat-in kitchen. The bathroom had an excellent shower.

Our only disappointment, and it was a minor one, was the lack of an English language TV news station.

Facilities of the main hotel are amazing (wellness area, saunas and pools) and Residence guests can use them. Location of the hotel is right on the slope. Cleaning and wellness staff was very friendly. Lady at checkin was also very nice and spoke Croatian.

Residence area needs upgrading, very old interior in the whole building. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast and we were not seated in the main restaurant but placed in the bar area. The staff there was not friendly. We felt like outcasts. Overall it was not value for money.

My husband and I were completely delighted in our experience with Bad Moos. From the moment we arrived until our departure four days later, Bad Moos exceeded our expectations in every area. I have celiac and they accommodated my allergy with fresh baked, gluten free bread each morning. The spa was out of this world. We benefitted from the saunas, steam room, relaxation room, sulfur pool and spray, pool, and we splurged on a couples pampering session with baths and gluten free tarts, fruit and Prosecco followed by a couples massage. We plan to come back as often as possible, perhaps in the ski season next time.

Everything was perfect. I cannot think of one thing in which Bad Moos did not excel

The location and spa

The elevator, pillows, and kitchen. The elevator because it was so small, it also looks like it’s due for a repair and/or replacement. The pillows were pretty thin and flat. The kitchen needs an update it was a little weirdly designed. These are all just minor things, but the overall experience was fantastic.

Perfect location for mountain lovers , direct access by foot to Dolomiti mountains or by car/bus440. Beautiful surroundings Perfect mattress, fairy sleeping with opens window to get the mountains fresh air, very peaceful. Exceptional food choice, freshly made. Lots of Spa choices and different saunas , relax space , hammam, sport fitness was amazing. Direct fresh water from the source and sulfurea water.

Amazing amenities, very friendly staff, location of the hotel and the bathroom in our room was newly furbished.

Our room, although spacious and clean was a bit outdated, especially the small kitchen. This wouldn't prevent me to come again tho.

Everything. It was a lovely place to unwind; we wished we’d stayed longer. The pool is fabulous.

I wish there’d been greater flexibility with the meal plan, which we didn’t purchase. We would have liked to have been able to pay for one dinner at the hotel, but that wasn’t an option.

Amazing location, right in the middle of the mountains. The outdoor pool had an amazing view and it wasn't too far from the key hikes. A lot of spa amenities as well. Staff were very kind and courteous and the whole place was very clean.

The single bed in the room wasn't that comfortable (the main bed was good though). Terrible wifi, didn't work in the rooms at all.
