A fantastic stay at this hotel that truly lives up to expectations! The location is excellent and the sea view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast is complete and of good quality (though it ends at 10 a.m., which is a bit early — but not a real issue). The room was clean, very spacious, and the staff were attentive and always available to help.

Just one small comment: the first impression when arriving at the hotel. It would really benefit from renovating the main façade, which definitely deserves a facelift. The contrast between the overall impeccable experience and the worn, faded, and somewhat uninviting appearance of the building's front is a shame. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful view from the balcony - you can see the whole Porto Azzurro bay. Staff is very friendly and nice, there is also free parking behind the hotel. Bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Location is perfect to go around the island. Dogs are allowed but max 10kg for additional 15€ per day.

Unfortunately on our last day we found couple ants in our room - it was only in one corner near balcony though. Also the breakfast is very limited - just basics are available. It’s always something but after couple days you might want to get it somewhere else. Anyway comparing with another places on Elba in this money range it was still totally worth it!

If you are aware that you are coming to the 4star hotel which has 4star hotel amenities but are actually worn-out than you will be happy. The staff tried to keep everything clean and functional but there was a lot of items which were not in the best shape. A/C and spacious room. Daily room service. Staff which tried to behave lake in the real 4star hotel.

View, we had one with probably 2nd worse in the entire hotel behind bars looking in the wall. If you are keen in the view, make sure you order the rooms with view. Lot of worn out items as details which requires higher investment as cracklings around the pool area, lift to the beach terribly creaked, some missing decorations etc. I did not like the situation when I had to pay for the water at the dinner, while having the half-board. It should have been communicated better. The water at the breakfast was for free.

Location is superb, although hard to reach without own car. Taxis are very expansive. We appreciated most people working in the hotel, the loveliest group working in bar and restaurant. Own beach with the lift is also worth mentioning. Overall, lovely experience.

Not that we did not like it, but pool and beach closing hours could be longer. 19 afternoon in the summer is in our opinion too early to leave pool or beach

Former luxury grand hotel. With all the amenities one may need. Super view, nice pools, bars, elevator to private beach.

10-15 years ago, must have been top, now a bit outdated. Service mediocre, breakfast just OK, no vegetables what so ever. Ketchup you have to ask for. At 9:40 , the canned peach "is finished". Coffee only from machine. No omelets, pancakes served... With a better management and a little attention, it could be a 9+ hotel.

The beach full of fish (good for snorkeling) and the hotel location (next to Port Azzuro).

The water pressure (very low pressure. The breakfast was very poor.

The wonderful view from the room, the cleanliness, the food and a nice atmosphere thanks to friendly staff. Also the swimming pools were clean and large.

The parking was large but a bit dusty.

2 fabulous oools & the views are to die for. Great little town a mile away with good Italian food. Perfect balcony to enjoy a bottle of wine.

It was quite far to the beach shore. The rooms are very bright as the only curtains are sheer. Bed is very very firm.

The beach area was great - the elevator was slow, but overall it was beautiful - no complaints. The staff were great as well.

We did not have a view at all and our back terrace was not nice to sit out on. The breakfast was not so great. Too many offerings and not great quality. I would stick with 4-5 items and make them great. The bacon was always undercooked.

My room faced the bay, so it had a wonderful view. Close to Porto Azzurro and a lovely beach nearby.

Air conditioning was off because it was not yet the hot season. That was OK, however, there was no air circulation until late at night when the fan came on.
