The accommodation is beautiful and very clean and well looked after. It’s spacious and you feel like you are in a mystical place

It’s not really a wellness or spa facility. There is no additional offers like Pilates or yoga (even though it’s stated on the website). You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool which is annoying giving that the pool seems very highly treated with pool chemicals. The kitchen is not very well equipped - no kettle or toaster. It would have been nice to get the towels and bed sheets changed once whilst we stayed there (1 week). There is no air conditioning in the place which can be challenging in peak season.

Elba island is a Great place to visit, There are lots of things to be done here: The sea is quiet so swimming and snorkeling, hiking, playing tennis, cycling, shopping, walking around, visiting and knowing history. The island is full of vegetation so if you are allergic like myself things are a bit tricky. Because of all this vegetation there are lots of insects, too many for my own tasting. Overall The resort is very nice, welcoming. Walking around, playing on the grass is lovely. Sea is very close, a pebble beach. The food at the restaurant was great but prices are too high for the offer. Everything else needs to be payed extra; tennis court 14 euro/h, pool 30 euro/week with cap a must have (we have caps back at home and to buy ones just for the pool would have been a waste). No air conditioning in the rooms only a venting system that did its job in June at 25 degrees. The staff was really nice and helpful whenever we needed anything.

clearly rooms need an upgrade as the furniture, the doors, the toilets are old. A bigger tv, some basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper and some sugar are a must. Nets At The Windows.

The garden, outside seating restaurant, evening activities for kids and proximity to a supermarket.

Car park was under a nest of birds and I had to remove droppings every day. Nearby beach had not nice sand/ pebbles/seawater albeit well organised and cheap to rent from umbrella and deckchairs. Sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable/worn out.

We stayed there for 10 days (!), 2 adults and 1 child (4 yrs) each day we drove to a different location on the island. We found that the beach close to the hotel was fun and lively even though it's not a sandy beach :) The hotel itself is clean and quite with beautiful gardens, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The restaurant at the resort was perfect for light dinners (pizza is outstanding) we ate there almost every night.

The Wifi isn't very strong we had some connection issues, but if you're looking to disconnect this is actually a plus.

This property feels like something out of a dream. Beautiful setting with luscious olive trees, curated gardens and vines on the building that blow in the breeze. A gorgeous clean pool, delicious restaurant and a quick walk through to a pebble beach nearby or little shop and restaurant strip. Beyond peaceful and real soul food. We had a delicious break every morning and the staff really were super accommodating and helpful at every term. A special thank you to Andrea for helping all 6 of us check in a little earlier.

The property itself is very large and very green making it cozy and pleasant to the eye. It was also quiet and we couldn’t hear the neighbors although the apartments were next to each other. When we arrived we were given a free apartment upgrade which was an incredibly pleasant surprise and it made our stay with our 3 yo son even more comfortable.

We liked pretty much everything, nothing to specify here.

We did not expect such a wonderful club. A truly exceptional property with unusual charm! Great staff, perfect food and a beautiful island... a really great vacation!

we were perhaps surprised by the rules at the pool (swimming cap, nothing is allowed to eat or drink and no smoking at all, and finally the opening hours from 9:00 to 19:00), but in the end we got used to it. The rooms are without air conditioning... we had to get used to it for a while, but we slept quite well with the window open.

We all loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. It is quite simple and basic but very comfortable and has everything you need. The public spaces and landscaping is gorgeous and really well maintained. The rooms are big, clean and although basic they are comfortable. Breakfast is really good with a big selection and served under olive trees. The pool area is huge, lots of beds and well managed. Although you have to wear a swim hat, after you get used to this it isn't a problem. I would stay here again for sure, a really unique find.

What the hotel offers could be made clearer and easier to book like the on site massages and bike hire.

Absolutely amazing!! Beautiful scenary, great location (right by an amazing and calm beach) and with very spacious rooms. The mixture of green roof on the residence, mountains on the horizon and a beach with a walking distance makes this place a dream. I would absolutely come back many times!

The residence could invest a bit in interior design. In addition, the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (it did not have a corkscrew or wine glasses), but mostly having a better refrigerator would be great. In our room, as soon as you opened the refrigerator (independently of how careful your were), things that were on the place by the door that is designed for keeping bottles would necessarily fall. This was a problem, since, after opening a wine/juice bottle, you have to keep the bottle straight, and the only place to do that in the mini-fridge was in the defficient bottle space at the frigde door. Finally, you only have access to the pool if you pay an extra fee.

The location is beautiful surrounded by a typical Italian landscape. It was very conevnient to have a garage for the car just below the apartment. The restaurant inside the Residenza is highly recommendable and perfect for a night to stay in.

You have to pay additonally to access the pool. The wifi is not working very well. The furniture and equipment is quite old and out of days.
