We were stuck overnight on Elba due to the wind and ocean. We were lucky to be able to use bookings to get this room. Maurizio was very helpful and let us in to our beautiful apartment with fantastic views and superb facilities. He lent us a phone charger and we were close to the port. Breakfast was included and was nice.

Central location in Portoferraio, lovely room and decor, fabulous view and great balcony with practical touches (e.g., clothes drying rack and clothespins for your wet bathing suits and towels). Most of all, Maurizio was such a kind and lovely host! And the breakfast and breakfast room was probably my favorite from our entire trip.

The owners are lovely - so kind and helpful. The property is in a great location in the centre of town, very close to the waterfront. I found the room to be immaculate and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Amazing views as the apartment is on the ninth floor! (There is a lift!) I would definitely stay there again.

I liked everything. I hadn't realised that the B&B is a flat with two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms and then a sitting room/kitchen which is communal. This was not a problem but for some reason I thought I was booking a whole apartment so I was surprised at first. As can be seen from my rating, this did not spoil my stay.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The location was close to ferries and shops. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Great location opposite the ferries and above the bus terminal with the best views in Elba. Delicious breakfast on communal lounge with excellent views.

We had the 11th floor room and it has a tiny bathroom. The bedroom is spacious but the bathroom is very tight. Kitchenette is useless — don’t count on cooking as there is no equipment.

All was great, The apartment was lovely and very clean. Very tasty breakfasts and delicious coffe. Breathtaking view and + very warm and friendly Owners :) Nothing more , nothing less 10/10 :)

Located at the harbour quite close (5 Min walk to the ancient town). There are free public parking slots a lot jüst next to the location. The hosts are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Our app was at the 11th floor and we had a great view all over the harbour and to the sea.
