The location is a very short and safe walk to the the Royal Palace of Conserta. That is the reason I went to Conserta. The parking is gated and locked. There is a small cafe right down the street. The room had a sauna(which I loved), a jetted tub,a lift so you don’t have to lug your luggage up stairs, a small entry way. It was a good place.

The location has free on street parking on a quiet well lit side street. A most helpful owner. Choose the slightly more expensive room.. exceptional with spa bath, mini sauna and a high standard of decoration and equipment. Easy walking distance of the Palace and local shops.l

The front door access bell. Needs to be larger and better lit. Would be hard to find in the dark.

HOST: He was excellent. He was very helpful with everything that I asked and gave me good suggestions. BREAKFAST: It was very good. It was delivered to the room and had everything that I needed (milk, coffee, toasts, croissant, jam, nutella, orange juice). BATHROOM: Excellent. It was clean and functional. Good water pressure and water temperature. ROOM: Excellent. Comfortable bed, comfortable adjustable temperature, nice TV, big wardrobe. It was clean and tidy.

CHECK-IN: I had to wait a little bit to check in, around 20 minutes. Not a big problem anyway. LOCATION: The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, but it's not very near the train station. It's on the opposite side of the city centre. Again, not a problem for me, but take into account that it will take you around 25-30 minutes to walk to the train station.

Very comfortable and clean, and Alessandro was a super friendly, kind and responsive host. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

The place is in a quiet area, safe parking with gate, very clean room . The host Alessandro is a very nice person and very helpful.

Simple but effective breakfast for free, because I had to cath a train he served it at 7.40 in stead of 8.00. Good wifi, bed. 18 minute walk from trainstation.

Lovely stay, very kind owner, aircon works very well.

Very friendly host and Kleen room only stayed one night in Caserta. 15 min walk from the station.

Wish next they have wi-fi
