I didn't like the place on breakfast because it was obligatory to eat the breakfast where the personel tells you to eat and there was not outside place to eat the brekfast. There was no indication to tell to the guests that was forbidden to eat outside and the staff wasn't polite with us, for this we didn't continue our breakfast and live the hotel. They obligated us to go inside even we were eating. The room was clean and has space on ti.

The people were very welcoming, polite and always smiling. There was a small but cute play area for kids, where my son played while waiting for the checkout/check-in, which o found convenient. The reception gave my son a small cute drawing set, as a welcoming gift and he was surprised by it. The restaurant has good quality food even if it is a slight expensive. Nice and full of choices breakfast 👍🥐 Overall a very nice experience, which brings me to suggest this hotel.

restaurant and lobby need renovation, the room I stay was the superior renovated but standard rooms are very old. The quality of renovated room is also to be improved from choice of materials and quality of installation. Power sockets unstable, paint is the bathroom get wet after shower looking very non hygienic. Management should inspect rooms periodically.

The hotel felt old but the rooms were newly renovated so they were comfortable. The location is good to visit the royal castle and La Reggia outlets if you have a car. It’s beside 3 supermarkets so it was easy to get supplies.

Hotel lobby felt old. The other surrounding areas felt a bit unsafe/scary.

Facilities amazing, staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Lidl supermarket was across the road so you could easily go and stock up on snacks and drinks. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, and decent breakfast. Well located for an overnight stop and a short drive to the Royal Palace of Caserta, but nothing much around the hotel.

The view from the room was of an abandened waste land, however we arrived late in the evening and the curtains were drawn so that wasn't a problem. We were staying there for one night and we left after breakfast, so it didn't really bother me

Pool, nice rooms recently refurbished. NB you need hats for the pool.

Location isn’t great in terms of what is in the immediate vicinity. Although, if you’re after a lady of the night you’re all set! Was convenient in terms of getting on motorways quickly and the lovely designer outlet.

Excellent all around, especially the restaurant staff who served us Easter lunch although we were late.

The pool, the bed, free parking on property. The staff was really nice.

Dinner, don’t eat there. really. don’t do it. It was VERY bad. You have to wear a swimming cap, it not every day. Idiotic! Location is very busy you have to take the car for everything.
