The location was incredible and the azienda is large with many facilities for everyone to enjoy. It is like a little piece of paradise. The restaurant was very good albeit a tad noisy. The room was clean and well furnished.

There isn't a homey family run atmosphere to the place. It's pure business. The proof is they have stores in Castelbuono and even Cefalu to sell their products. They are kind enough and helpful but we only see the owner from a distance and we only ever interact with staff. Considering all the products they make, the breakfast could have been a little better, i.e. fruit salad, omelet, olives, almonds, fresh juice and especially a good coffee machine. Their coffee is an embarrassment to Italy. They should be making their coffee for everybody with their good machine behind the bar, instead they make us use an old decrepit machine that barely works and the coffee is horrible. I hope they will fix this.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Agriturismo Bergi. From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made us feel right at home. Breakfast: Absolutely fantastic – very extensive, full of fresh local products. Pool: Large and clean, although a little on the fresh side (mountain climate). Food & Drinks: The food in the restaurant was delicious, and you can always get a drink or snack at the bar on the cozy terrace. Rooms: Spacious and clean, with a warm shower and lovely terraces. Do note there is quite a difference in room sizes, and some rooms have a very small fridge. Garden & Kids: The garden is beautiful, and there’s a playground for kids – a real plus for families. Atmosphere: Stunning mountain views, with the occasional clouds or wind adding to the charm. Honestly, there’s hardly anything negative to say. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy authentic Italian hospitality.

The official pool opening hours? Well, “9:30 AM” in Italy sometimes just means “whenever it’s convenient” 😏.

The location is stunningly beautiful with 360 degree views of the hills and mountains. Fruit trees all around, flowers blooming everywhere, a friendly kitty to greet you, and some very chill dogs. We ate 1 lunch and 2 dinners there and the food was delicious. The room was quiet and had a patio with a view. It was the best shower I’ve had in Sicily — hot water, a rain shower head, and ample room to move. Certain staff members were quite friendly and helpful.

While the mattress was soft and comfy, the pillows were hard as a rock. I woke up with a sore ear and didn’t sleep very well. Also, while some staff members are outgoing and friendly, some were a bit standoffish, although it might have just been that they didn’t speak much English. (Although a waiter who spoke no English was very friendly and engaging.)

Breakfast was excellent. It was great to be eating local and fresh food.

I would have liked to see a few main meal vegan options on the menu. More and more people are choosing to be vegan these days and they need to eat food with protein..not just salads! The chef, Antonelka, makes excellent food Perhaps some interesting vegan prima and secondi piatti could be developed.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice view across the coutryside. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Even though season was low and there were not many guests, it felt kind of impersonal. The activities mentioned in the brochure were no longer available, even though we stayed one night longer than planned. As we were travelling without a car, we asked for two taxi rides to get to Refugio Crispi for hiking and to the bus station in CB early in the morning. We declined the offer for the Refugio. For the second shorter ride we got no offer.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful place. The location is quiet and far enough from the hustle of the city so we felt very safe having the kids explore to the play area without us following them, the pool was fabulous, the food was great and the staff so, so kind. We all enjoyed petting the pet dogs who live there and the cats who pass through! Very fun.

The drive in to the hotel is beautiful and full of twists and turns. We enjoyed it *but if you have motion sickness be prepared!

The place os beautiful, amazing views, great for children. The breakfast room has a really nice view.

The mandatory caps in the pool, there could be more sunbeds by the pool.

Breakfast and dinner were good. Property is very pretty. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy the May 1st lunch. It's very close to Castelbuono, which is a charming town with an interesting clock tower.

There was no soap in the liquid soap container in the shower. Our room faced east so the morning sun lit up our room. The curtains were not adequate. The first night we were there there was a dog barking at midnight and again at 5 a.m.

This is truly a unique place to spend a few days/nights of relaxation while exploring the Madonie Mountains. Surrounded with peaceful countryside Azienda Bergi offers an authentic experience with organic & delicious food and warm hospitality. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Will definately stay here again - Highly recommend!

Accessible electric plugs for charging & lack of kettle

After a few days in very busy and touristy Cefalu it was so pleasant to retreat to the peaceful grounds of Bergi. The views are beautiful and the surrounding hills are very calming. We loved spending time by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ate there. Would highly recommend.

The shower was quite small and the soaps felt a little basic.
