Coastal location with amazing sea views and sunsets. 12 and 14 year olds loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Multiple locations for sun bathing, some were marked Adults Only - a thoughtful option for holiday makers not with kids. Comfortable accomodation and spotlessly clean. We took half board option eating at the buffet for breakfast and dinner, however there are four restaurants and three bars at different locations in the resort if looking for a change 20 min drive from Cefalu, you need a car to get there and see the local area

The property is large, clean, and beautifully located. It’s very family-oriented and especially kids-friendly, which was perfect for our stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout — from the front desk to the restaurant and cleaning team. I really enjoyed the professional Pilates sessions, and the kids club staff were truly wonderful. The whole resort gave us positive emotions and a sense of comfort.

Everything was great overall. The only small thing I’d suggest is to have easier access to drinking water — perhaps a water fountain or more availability of bottled water in common areas.

Location/position with spectacular views! The whole gorgeous cape belongs to the hotel. Both the pool and the beach are fantastic, thr beach is never crowded (and the pool is from time to time). Besides the hotel is very well organized and great both for couples and families with kids (especially for kids). The food is delicious and offers a lot of authentic Sicilian dishes. There's a huge parking lot for guests.

Some technicalities like: - We booked a free crib and it wasn't there waiting for us in the room so we had to contact the reception and remind them - Apart from the official hotel restaurant, the resort offers 4 more very interesting restaurants however their opening time is only from 19.30h and if you don't have lunch included your options for lunch are very limited. - Lack of flexibility when it comes to payment of extras at checkout (they keep your deposit and on top of it they charge you the new amount from scratch and only after that they return your deposit i.e., they hardly accept cash, you need to use the same card you left deposit with, etc etc etc)

food is amazing, location too, but the best are the staff of the kids club, the entire team is amazing and take good care of the kids even out of the season. As a parent that wanted a break it was good to know that our sohn wanted to be in the kids club the entire time.

also a resort in which the english is a bit problematic. even for the people of the reception. Also, another thing that was not nice, it is a "by the beach resort" they should provide wit hbottles of water every day, not only with coffee, also teas are a variety that should be taking into account, not everyone is italan and only drink tea.

We stayed for 14 days: -Nice location with incredible view and close to many nice spots by car. -Not to crowdy (good space) -Good facilities with many food and activity options for adults and kids. -Very good grill restaurant -Good pizza restaurant -Nice, welcoming and helpful staff👍🏻 - Nice and compact gym. Have what you need. -Always Available spacious parking.

We stayed for 14 days: -Dirty floors in the room, especially corners and under beds etc. -The Sushi restaurant was poor. Nice atmosphere but poor food. Example: You could hear the chef using microwave during preparation of some of the dishes. Only the nigiri was ok. -The pool bar (Lime) food (burgers and club sandwich) was poor. To much (thick) bread and the club sandwich had cold chicken and hard cheese -For family’s we think there was not enough storage for clothes etc in the rooms. -No options for washing clothes. When staying for a long period it is necessary to wash some clothes:) -Could easily have added Crome cast on the TV in the rooms to have an option from Italian TV channels.

I loved that it had a private beach with free sunbeds. The sunset ritual is a must-see! We went twice during our stay. The breakfast had a lot of options although it is more on the sweet side and some more savory choices would be appreciated. the fruits were all so good! The whole property is very pleasing to the senses and a lot of fun things to do for kids as well. The rooms were sufficient but not at par with the rest of the property. The reception area could definitely be improved as some staff were not very friendly and there were always long lines to ask a few questions.

I didnt like that they did not have free water refill daily for the mini bar and that you also cannot ask for free water in all the restaurants.

We enjoyed a 4-night family vacation at Mangia's Pollina Resort, and it was a memorable experience. The resort is perched on a stunning basalt cliff, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea from three sides. The beautifully landscaped gardens and well-maintained lawns create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Our family stayed in three standard rooms, which were comfortable with cozy beds that ensured restful nights. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pools, were excellent and provided plenty of relaxation opportunities. One of the standout features is the elevator that takes you directly to a fantastic sandy beach—perfect for beach lovers and families. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, the checkout experience was a bit frustrating, as we had to wait in line for nearly an hour, which was disappointing given the resort’s otherwise high standards. We also explored the nearby villages of Cefalù, Castelbuono, and Finale, each offering excellent dining experiences. Among them, Rosticceria Gastropoli di Ventimiglia in Finale deserves a special mention. This family-run, affordable trattoria impressed us with its delicious food and warm service—a real hidden gem! In summary, Mangia's Pollina Resort offers a stunning setting, top-notch amenities, and easy access to charming villages with excellent food. Although the checkout process could use improvement, the overall experience was wonderful, and we’d happily return for another stay.

The beach was absolutely beautiful. The best resort beach I've ever been to. The food was also delicious and fresh however a little more variety would be great. The rooms were nice and the shower was great. The grounds were also absolutely beautiful with so many places to sit and relax.

The pool is sooo shallow but good for kids. We were a family of adults so it was a bit annoying how shallow it was, but we spent most our time by the beautiful beach. Also annoying that you can't get any drinks other than water for dinner if you are half board. The lunch food at the pool and beach bar was insanely overpriced. Also no water on tap? And bottles of water were €3.50 each. Very annoying as we had to ration our water and fill up bottles at breakfast and dinner.

The choice of the breakfast, a huge variety of sweets, eggs, sandwiches, but only one type of cheese. This is a resort with facilities for all, own walking trail along the cliff and the beach. The pizza restaurant ( Al Gradano) was amazing. Beautiful views to the sea. It had an adult only area, secluded from the rest of the resort with access to the sea (unfortunately the strong waves there made it impossible to get into the sea ) The room was comfortable, we were upgraded to a room with balcony and sea views, which is apparently rare at the resort as the standard rooms (with only window) have sea view. There is an elevator to the hotels beach (for all). With a reservation on booking.com the resort provided a 10% discount off all food and drinks consumed at any of the bars and restaurants. Parking is easy.

Upon arrival there was no soap or shower gel in the room, but they quickly provided it. Unfortunately the best tables in the breakfast room (with windows towards the sea ) were reserved.

Fabulous selection of food, plenty of space for dining. Breathtaking location. Everything made easy for you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Plenty of activities. Our Padel coach Rìan was outstanding and Natalia at reception.

Cost of food and drink was much much higher than other relatively nearby establishments and unfortunately the quality of the food did not always justify the price.
