Outstanding hotel, great location and excellent staff. When you arrive at the hotel the luxury begins with the valet parking. Then you are offered a complementary glass of Prosecco to get you in the holiday mood. Samantha give use a great tour of the facilities including the luxury spa bath in the room!!! There was even complementary drinks in the minibar. Which was a great way to unwind after a long journey. She even helped by organising an additional bed for the room and no request seemed too difficult for them. One of the nicest holes I have stayed in. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel where the friendly waiters will look after you well. When leaving we were even offered water for the road. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to walk to train, beach and old town. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Lovely outdoor courtyard upstairs.Breakfast delicious. Samantha the Concierge was excellent, always on hand to assist us with local information and ensuring we were comfortable.

The floorplan is awkward. A great bathroom space but poorly designed. The door is in the wrong place, it should close off the toilet area. No privacy if you are on the toilet. No lounge area, just 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The jacuzzi in the guest courtyard is not included in the price. You have to buy food and drinks from Horizon Suites to use it! Not a welcoming act by them.

This is a gem in the middle of Cefalù! Refurbised brutalistish postal building (which has still a filial in the basement), surrounded with busz streets, which take you to the beach by walk in 4 minutes. The rooms are minimal and comfortable! The bed was really good in the bedroom! The crew are superb nice and kind. And they have some parking space which is really a special gift in Cefalù!

The sofa bed in the living room was really soft, and the shower had only really warm water but this they told me they will repair immediately which is nice from them. One probelm which may bother some (we were to tired to notice) is that the street may be a bit loud inside and the shades on the window can’t fully cover all the window so neon lights and sun can come in on the sides.

Very nice rooms, clean, spacious. Parking was available at the property in an otherwise very parking challenging town/part of town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

While the breakfast had a much wider variety than a traditional Italian breakfast it ran out of bread and cold cuts.

Antonio was incredibly helpful during our stay. He assisted us with parking and provided great advice about exploring Cefalù. Without his guidance, we would have struggled to find both the parking and the place on our own.

The hotel could definitely use some renovations, as parts of it feel a bit worn. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the beds weren't particularly comfortable. The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming, with items like pizza and bruschettas feeling more like leftovers from the night before rather than a fresh morning spread. The coffee wasn't great, and the juices tasted more like watered-down concentrate than real juice. A few improvements in these areas would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Thank you Horizon Suites Hotel for a wonderful holiday in the very beautiful town - Cefalù. On arrival at the hotel, we were met at reception by a very nice girl who took us to our room and introduced us to the city, told us the tricks for tourists, we were also treated to champagne and had a little tour of the hotel. I would also like to note the cleanliness and cosiness of our room as well as the terrace. On a terrace there is a clean jacuzzi in which every day fresh water. Breakfasts were very tasty, as the hotel restaurant makes very tasty pizza, we had every day a wonderful pizza for breakfast and also a varied breakfast. I would like to mention the restaurant where we got a good discount (where we had the best burata pizza of our lives) and we really liked the staff and the food. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday and thank you to the staff for helping us with anything we wanted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a holiday.

The hosts of this property were amazing. They were extremely helpful in every way when asking them about the town or anywhere else in particular to be visiting. The breakfast was also good and the property was very central and the historical centre, not even a 10 minute walk. The beach was also walking distance, around 5 mins, and also depending exactly where you wanted to swim maybe a tad longer, as it’s fairly long and many areas you’re able to swim as well. The rooms were a decent size as well, but it would also depend on what you choose too. I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in staying here again, and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one.

The facilities are great. I love the terrace with the eggshaped swing chairs. WIsh we had time to try the hot tub, although it was dirty when we went there in the morning. The decorating style is very clean, fresh and inviting in the shared indoor and outdoor areas. We ate that the hotel restaurant for dinner and it was very good, You can clearly see that locals come there with their families. The host was lovely. The location was amazing. We left our car and walked to the beach during the day and to the town in the evening. It is close but also far away from the noise and crowds.

After experiencing that most hotels in Sicily did not have many english channels other than news channels, we specifically chose this one because it had Netflix streaming; but it disconnected somehow at one point and when we contacted the host, she could not do anything about it and simply offered us a free cocktail the next day. We do not drink alcohol and the next day checkout was at 10:30am. This left a sour note on an otherwise great experience.

The two bedroom appartment is perfect! We were only there for a night and wished we stayed longer so we can enjoy the comfy outdoor space! There is a convinient lift in the building and the staff are just LOVELY! The breakfast was AMAZING! So many delicious choices and the staff prepared tasty omlets for us. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, if we come back to Cefalu, we would book this place again! The location is very convinient and we enjoyed the free parking space.

We just didn't know that one of the bedrooms is part of the common room area of the appartment and only one of the bedrooms has a door.

The location was perfect, 1 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk along the beach to the cathedral. We had rent an appartement with two bedrooms. There were 2 bathrooms as well. And an access to a shared terrace. The room was clean. And the bedding was quite ok. There is an outside parking place included on site, which is very practical.

As everywhere in Sicily, there is a lack of sockets in the rooms to plug in the appliances. In one of the bathroom, the toilet is quite bad positioned in the bathroom...stuck behind the sink. But it is not a big deal.
