The location was very good, close to the beach and to the center.

Breakfast choice was unfortunately mediocre at best. Not much variety. There was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room either. Weird policy of not being allowed to bring your own water or drinks into the room.

The location was excellent - walk from town and right across from the beach with sun loungers etc. Roof top restaurant for breakfast has great views

No tea and coffee making facilities was poor but the policy of not allowing drinks or food in the room is petty and at odds with other hotels. Particularly as the room service options were not the best. Also petty to charge for a clean beach towel rather than encouraging guests not get new towels every day with eg drinks vouchers but offering fresh ones in exchange. The outside bar area was bizarre - deserted with more staff than guests!

The location was great. Bars, cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store were all within walking distance. The old town was a 15-minute walk away, and the sea was just across the street. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay, though we could easily have stayed longer. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was served on the top floor with a nice sea view, and there was a good selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. The staff were polite, helpful, and informative, and spoke excellent English. There was free parking available for guests near the hotel.

The access to the parking was via a narrow street, which made driving there a bit tricky.

Hotel was in a good location with a lovely hotel only beach with bar. A 10min walk to old town along the beach was beautiful.

Location was excellent, view was fantastic, option of being pool side with plenty of space and alternative seating or loungers the pool a good size. There was also a private Beach section with a Bar / Cafe. Breakfast was on the roof top with excellent choices from cooked breakfast to fruits, cereals pastries etc.

Pool was extremely cold. Beach area was rocky and not ideal for swimming when the sea was rough. Unusual restriction on not being allowed to take any food, snacks or drinks into your room if not purchase in the Hotel. Would be prejudicial for people with medical condition such as diabetes.

Excellent location, spacious room with big bed. Gorgeous sea view and the old town from the balcony. Rooftop restaurant with a sea view is unparalleled. Pool area and the beach with a bar and easy access and plenty of sunbeds. The lady on night reception, Gabby, was amazing when I asked her if she had anything that would help with a mosquito bite, she was so kind and helpful, going through the first aid box until she found something that would help, translating the Italian instructions for us as well.

The location of this hotel was a walking distance from the center of the old town where are the little nice stores and the lovely restaurants, its also the center of the night life there, the view from our room was very impressive, specially the big famous Rock of Cefalu and just under it the little village, they light the Rock in the night. very nice personnels, room was very clean and comfy (we got the suite, a bit overpriced but it worth it), the breakfast was very good, omelet on demand, delicious cannoli and sweets, good coffee with the best view in Cefalu, we would come back there without hesitation.

The only issue that we got 2 tickets for parking and crossing a limited visitors areas, or permitted cars only, you can park only between the white lanes, not the yellow of the bleu ones, and you need to watch the restricted areas, we had to go to the city to pay the tickets, where they were lanes of tourists paying their tickets too.. Hotel personnels had to advise us about that when we checked in, but they didn't.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast set up was great with the best view in town! The access to the beach club out front was convenient and perfect. Highly recommend!

One of the reasons I booked the hotel was to use the amenities, especially the sauna. Upon arrival, we discovered the sauna was $20 euros/person with a minimum of 2 people. So basically, $40 euro per session. Other than that, the hotel was fantastic

There was a beach with chairs. Towels and a very rocky beach. The property did have lovely poor area. The breakfast room was awesome and the choices were extensive. We w really enjoyed breakfast and the views were stunning. The staff members were great and very helpful.

The rooms were dark with the brown and green The brown bed cover was not very warm. The sea view room wasn't exactly what I would call a sea view room. But the staff was nice enough to change rooms for us.

We liked how new and modern the hotel was. It was a beautiful hotel, full of all the amenities expected ( with the exception of iron in room, they have a specific room to iron in?!). Overall minor issue , If you bring your own personal iron. Great location, wonderful breakfast and the beach club across the street included with the stay was perfect. I highly recommend and will stay here again in near future .

The room to have to iron ( if needed). Found that silly for such a high quality hotel. Maybe a cultural thing, although I’m Italian and don’t get it.
