Such friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. They have a WhatsApp so you can contact them about anything, order the tuktuk etc. it was just outside the town but the walk up the hill burned off dinner a bit so we didn't mind. It was worth it for the lovely location and views. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and endless coffee/tea if you wanted it. The whole place was very clean. Nothing gave me 'the ick'. Loved it. It would be amazing for a wedding as the whole place was stunning.

Could have done with a full length mirror in the room and a few hooks to hang coats. But I'm really trying to find things wrong as I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The two ladies in charge of breakfast and the poolside bar went over and beyond fantastic service. Reception was friendly and welcoming, I was allowed to take two of these fantastic organically grown lemons home this morning. Room was spacious, air on worked well, shower was powerful. A little more privacy with the bathroom facilities would have been nice. The washing basin was next to the bed and the toilet only had a glass door with a gap. The bath tub was on a decking I’m the bedroom which was a nuce gadget, even though we did not use it. The pool area is nice, enough sunbeds and umbrellas, clean enough, quiet and lovely views in a lovely garden. Parking is available safely on site. Old town is in walking distance (15-20 min), but shuttle is offered by hotel. All in all, highly recommendable.

Room cleaning during the stay is not thorough, not very hygienic and can do with some improvement - wipe wet every day including corners, bathroom and shower walls. Breakfast area should not be considered as a dog toilet - even though, or maybe because we are dog persons, we consider it highly unhygienic to have dog excrements next to the breakfast table. It happened twice in 5 days, we pointed it out there and am sure that little Jimmy will be trained to spare this part of the property

No shelf in the shower to put your products No complimentary water in the room You need to pay to rent a pool towel We found the mattress incredibly hard but for our final night the staff arranged a topper which was kind of them, which was much more comfortable. One of the breakfast staff was much friendlier than the other, the lady on the 4th October was especially nice but we only had her for 1 breakfast. Daily room cleaning should have included a floor sweep / clean.

The property is very pretty, looks very new and the pool looks beautiful. The rooms are small and sparse - fine for what it is. The bed was comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. If you’re going to go to Cefalù for a relax / beach / pool holiday, this place would probably be fine for a few days if you’re someone who doesn’t need much room. There is no privacy with the toilet.

It’s at the top of a rather steep hill so walking up the hill is hard. It’s about 1.5 kilometers from the beach but their little shuttle can get you close. Getting back after 19h might need a taxi. The up side is beautiful view of the sea!

The Staff were SO amazing - incredibly helpful with any question & assisting with bookings. The resort restaurant was also 10/10. Really exceptional food - I would highly recommend enjoying at least one meal at Villa Toto. Rooms were excellent with very comfy beds & a lovely balcony. The view of La Rocca & the sea is stunning. It is an uphill walk from town, so we hired a scooter which made the stay absolutely perfect. The pool area is also fabulous, with an incredible view.

The location was lovely and secluded. It was very quiet and tranquil at the top of a hill overlooking Cefalù. The staff were unbelievable. The resort is gorgeous. The breakfast is beautiful. They even made us a breakfast box to take with us on our very early check out, including freshly baked croissants that I requested. The staff check on you throughout your stay and ask if you’d like any food or drinks around the pool. They have a free shuttle to and from Cefalù which saves a sweaty walk back up in the heat, even though it’s only 10 minutes. Just a perfect hotel, wish we stayed longer. Stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and had a really nice time! Staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time. The resort is beautiful. It offers really nice views of the mountains and sea, and is just perfect if you want to lounge around by the pool in the daytime. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Drinks at the bar were very nice, and we had lunch by the pool almost every day - the menu is simple, but it is exactly the type of food I like! The rooms were lovely and clean and had literally no complaints about it. Air conditioning was very cold when needed, TV was great and had Netflix etc (we had one rainy morning) The Tuk Tuk taxi down to the main town and back was a very nice touch also! A simple WhatsApp message and almost immediate reply, and you could jump in the tuk tuk and be in the main town in less than 5 minutes! My only comment would be to make sure that if you book this resort, you are aware of the walk back up the hill - it is a steep one! We would certainly love to come and stay at Villa Toto again and hope we can in the future 😀

I literally can't really comment on anything I didn't really like.

Breakfast was really high quality and really didn't get bored of what they had on offer! The staff were incredible and gave us a full run through on arrival. The hotel setting was gorgeous and photos really don't do the standard of the hotel justice!

The hotel is a fair walk from the town but definitely make use of the free hotel shuttle as this completely eliminates the problem! I would also love for the lunch menu to have a few more options - we stayed for a week so would have liked a couple more options.

Amazing holiday! Everything was perfect. The staff, the rooms, the pool area/bar. When we visit Cefalù again we will stay here again without hesitation. We booked transfers through the hotel to and from catania airport which was easy and ran smoothly. We also booked a boat trip through the hotel to which was really enjoyable. If you are visiting cefalu this is the perfect place to stay.

Lovely accommodation. The pool was awesome, it was quiet, and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. Perfect to spend a day lounging at the pool in the sun with a book.

As others mentioned, the accommodation is away from the town up on a hill. It is fine to walk to town as it is downhill and during the day they have a free tuk tuk shuttle. Although, after 7pm you are on your own for getting back to the hotel. Since most all of the dinner places are in town you either have to hike back up the hill to the accommodation or get a taxi for about 12 euros. So I suggest you plan ahead and factor in these taxi costs to your stay.
