Location was perfect! Right in town, yet safe, comfortable and quiet. An interesting mix of 'private room in an apartment' and 'hotel'. Parking information was helpful, as it can be complicated in the heart of this popular seaside town. Good breakfast (for a fee) in the 'sister' hotel a few short blocks away. Nice staff.

The only thing was an oddly full-sized fridge without any kind of kitchenette. Fridge could be at least half the size, like a mini-fridge, with a basic microwave on top, and then you'd have the ability to heat water for your own tea/instant coffee, etc. Nothing more would be needed. The room was an expansive space, a bit stark, but this was actually a plus after hectic days on colorful touristy streets.

The staff was very welcoming and polite, the location bas absolutely brilliant and the room was clean and nice. The off-site parking was also good, indoors and gated.

I wabt to stress that overall I was very happy with the b&b, however there is something I think should be mentioned in advance, which is that their staff, the reception, the area where the breakfast is served and the parking are all located at a separate address from the b&b. It's all only 5 minutes walk down the road (and 10 oe 15 mins walk to the parking) but I would have expected that to be clarified in advance.

We needed to move to Ruggero Suites because of a maintenance problem at Case Ruggero but communication about this was excellent. The room was modern, comfy and clean with good storage and a small balcony (perfect in early arvo for drying washing). Paid parking at their parking area was 10 mins walk away (don’t walk as we did along the water because that would be nice because then you have steep climb up and steps. Take the upper route). All access by codes. Close to Duomo. Tiny fridge in room

We were on 2nd floor up quite steep narrow 4 flights of stairs

Spacious clean apartment, quite well located at the top of town not too far from the train station.

Lots of steps up to room. We had quite a bit of luggage. The young man who met us outside just bounded up the steps without a thought of asking to help, but its ok and he was polite otherwise. If you want to store luggage after you check out, you need to take your stuff to a hotel 10 minutes walk away.

The location was perfect, it was centrally located in the old town, walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes, shops. We really enjoyed that, as we could go back and forth throughout the day. The room was very clean and well kept, as well as being quite large with a table & chairs which was a nice bonus. Check-in was smooth

There are 2 flights of stairs to go up to the rooms, and the bed was too hard for my liking.

Great location in the very center of Cefalu'. The host was very responsive and the room was well equipped and clean.

Getting into our room required us to climb 52 steps (rather steep). We have no mobility problems, but someone else may find it annoying, if not a no-go

We had to meet person to get inside which was hard to coordinate since we were on a road trip and had no phone service. Parking was provided for a fee, but it was a long walk from the hotel and we were told we couldn’t get any closer to drop off our stuff. In truth, we could have driven to within 1 block and dropped it off. The long walk with luggage was hard for one of our family members.

Great location. Right in the middle of the old town with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the piazza del Duomo or to the waterfront. They have a shared parking lot about 10 min walk away and will provide a taxi from there to the hotel for €10. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, but is in a sister hotel a 5 minute walk away.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, so 4 flights of steep stairs. The breakfast is in a separate location. No water was provided in the room.

Great location, just a few steps away from the heart of the city. Room was big enough and very comfortable. In case you have heavy lugagge, just beware as there are stairs to climb up to the rooms. The parking offered by the hotel was around 15min away by walk or a 10 euro taxi ride (which we took to bring the bags to the hotel).

The B&B breakfast was a short walk down the street and located at a very nice hotel. It was the best breakfast of any we had while in Sicily. The room was plenty spacious and quite nice.

It was in the top level and had quite a long set of stairs to climb to get to the 3rd floor - quite a chore for two people in their seventies. The beds were a little hard for my liking.
