The location of this place is great! Close to so many restaurants, shops and the Duomo. About a 5- minute walk to the main beach area or 3 minutes if you are ok to be in the smaller beach area by the old town walls. The rooms look like the photos. Mauro checked us in. He doesn't speak English really but we were able to communicate. Breakfast in from 8:30-9:30am. Mauro sets out a nice little breakfast with meats, cheese, eggs and pastries. There is no elevator. Parking area is about a 10 minute walk since you can't drive in.

I think this place this was a converted apartment. You walk in and one bedroom is next to the check in area, another by the dining area and the last one by the kitchen. So you hear Mauro setting up breakfast in the morning and noise from others staying there.

Pepito Palace is the best place to stay in Cefalù. Very well located near to the beach, restaurants and places to explore. The room was incredibly spacious and beautiful, very comfortable and it had a nice balcony. But the best part was Pepito, he is an incredible host and made us feel very welcome. He prepared an amazing breakfast. It was a really nice experience. We recommend Pepito Palace 100%. Tutto il meglio per Pepito.

The location was excellent. A few steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, in the heart of Old Town. Pepino goes above and beyond expectations. He puts so much love into everything he does. Breakfast is prepared and served every morning by this kind gentleman. What a feast. I will always remember his uplifting kindness and hospitality.

We had such a wonderful stay primarily because of the host. He was so sweet and accommodating. He made us fresh breakfast and coffee every morning, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and even gave us souvenirs to remind us of our stay in Cefalù. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend Pepito Palace to anyone coming to Cefalù. We felt like we were staying with family.

We liked everything about it. The location was great, near the beach. The room comfortably slept 4 people. Our host was delightful. He really made us feel at home! The breakfast was delicious and overabundant. MY daughter is a vegetarian, and he made her an asparagus omelet that tasted just like the one my mom made for us growing up!

The toilet flusher was a little fussy, but that's not uncommon in sicily!

We had an absolutely delightful and memorable stay at Pepito Palace. The owner, Pepito, was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Great location, close to everything. The rooms were comfortable and the establishment was very clean overall. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Mauro could not have been more friendly and accommodating. It started with him carrying our bags up the stairs and to our room which had a fabulous view. The location was wonderful. Steps away from the Central Old Town area and beach of the Tyrrhenian Sea which we were able to get an Umbrella lounge chair and bask in the Sun and swim. Mauro also went out of his way to provide a breakfast fit for kings. I would highly recommend Mauro and Peptitos Palace when In Cefalu. We will be back

Our host Mauro was incredibly welcoming and took great care to provide a fantastic breakfast each morning that accommodated my allergies and needs. Our room was comfy, clean, beautiful and well equipped, and the place was mere steps from the beach.

Mauro is an extraordinary host, he prepares a very nice breakfast and makes you feel like family. We were a family of 3 so the separate shower & toilet rooms was a bonus given 2 separate vanities. The apartment is in a great location close to everything.

The location is fabulous - in the old town. Quiet room. Good shower. Host is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Local specialities, cakes etc. Cefalu is beautiful. The beach is really nice. We only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed here longer.

We struggled to find the free parking nearby, so ended up in paid parking near the beach. Which is not inconvenient, but a bit pricey.
