The location was excellent. A few steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, in the heart of Old Town. Pepino goes above and beyond expectations. He puts so much love into everything he does. Breakfast is prepared and served every morning by this kind gentleman. What a feast. I will always remember his uplifting kindness and hospitality.

We had such a wonderful stay primarily because of the host. He was so sweet and accommodating. He made us fresh breakfast and coffee every morning, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and even gave us souvenirs to remind us of our stay in Cefalù. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend Pepito Palace to anyone coming to Cefalù. We felt like we were staying with family.

We liked everything about it. The location was great, near the beach. The room comfortably slept 4 people. Our host was delightful. He really made us feel at home! The breakfast was delicious and overabundant. MY daughter is a vegetarian, and he made her an asparagus omelet that tasted just like the one my mom made for us growing up!

The toilet flusher was a little fussy, but that's not uncommon in sicily!

Great location in the old part of Cefalu, However, please note cars are not allowed in the area if not local and you get fines, you have to park outside of the area and walk in..... so those with young kids, prams, lots of heavy bags think twice before you end up lugging them almost 1Km of cobblestones from the nearest parking spot outside of the zone! Once inside and up the stairs, its a very modern conversion and well done too. Bedrooms off the breakfast room, and breakfast is nicely made with croissants of your choice on the plate the next day. Good coffee too. There is no English spoken, so pay attention! The room I had was a split level with a mezzanine and it was very nice, Luka loved it being high up above dad throwing objects down on me! The ceiling is low though, so 1.7m and above guests mind your heads.... Good modern TV that translates certain movies back into english if you get inside the settings!! Good Wifi too. Essential as very poor phone signal. The palace is about 200m from the harbour so very central and close to the restuarants too. For size of room, location and facilites, probably the best of the whole trip. Parking area was busy and you pay for it, I joined a parking App called EasyPark (pink version) and it was easy to sort from there on. saving me trekking over to the car in the morning to put a ticket on the car.

No free water in the rooms, the only place on my whole trip that didn't provide water. They charge for it, its located in the breakfast room fridge but is expensive. The room fridge was switched off and I didn't spot the fuseboard until the last morning, so we had used the common area breakfast fridge to store our drinks. We had left our large water bottles in the car to reduce the amount we lugged to the guest house. There are no local cheap shops to buy essentials, as everything local is tourist tat.

Mauro could not have been more friendly and accommodating. It started with him carrying our bags up the stairs and to our room which had a fabulous view. The location was wonderful. Steps away from the Central Old Town area and beach of the Tyrrhenian Sea which we were able to get an Umbrella lounge chair and bask in the Sun and swim. Mauro also went out of his way to provide a breakfast fit for kings. I would highly recommend Mauro and Peptitos Palace when In Cefalu. We will be back

The location is fabulous - in the old town. Quiet room. Good shower. Host is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Local specialities, cakes etc. Cefalu is beautiful. The beach is really nice. We only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed here longer.

We struggled to find the free parking nearby, so ended up in paid parking near the beach. Which is not inconvenient, but a bit pricey.

Our host Mauro was incredibly welcoming and took great care to provide a fantastic breakfast each morning that accommodated my allergies and needs. Our room was comfy, clean, beautiful and well equipped, and the place was mere steps from the beach.

The process to check-in was very smooth and easy, Mauro was incredible with hosting us, who provided the breakfast, who was also very respectful friendly, welcoming and humorous! We stayed for one night but we wish we stayed longer as we were heading to a different destination. Speak to Mauro and Maria!

Place is in the very center of the old town, close to the beach and main squares, yet quiet and peaceful inside. Room is great and comfortable, and Pepito is a great host, he made us feel welcome and made sure we have everything we need. Don't miss the breakfast as its a special threat

Location in walking distance of main Cefalu attractions and restaurants. Owner very friendly and tired to make our stay as nice as possible. Large and freshly prepared breakfast which was wonderful.
