The 70 very steep narrow stairs with 46kg of hold luggage the host if available will assist , but in the heat of the day without luggage it’s still a task and you plan your day around it. Breakfast is strictly 08.30-09.30 even if still chatting with other guests finishing coffee it will be cleaned away from under you

Above all, the rooftop patio is amazing, moreso even than the pictures. This was also the best bnb breakfast we had in Sicily, as they provide a variety of both savory and sweet items. We ended up spending a long time on the patio sharing stories with other guests. The rooms are clean and modern. The hosts are awesome; this is a family business. They are very welcoming and warm. The location is perfect. This is a better sunset view than if you were at the beach. It is in the middle of a plaza full of restaurants and 5 minutes from the beginning of the hike up the rock. Walking to the beach is 10-15 minutes.

Rooms are small (normal in Europe...) Lots of stairs. You may want to inquire if that is an issue for your circumstances. You also will not be able to drop off luggage at the door, the street is restricted. But it was worth the extra exercise.

A very short walk from the station. Open the portone (main door) and you step into a piazza with cafes and restarants. The room had a view of the piazza, the church and clocktower as well as the hill that houses an old castle. A dream of a place, clean and spaccous and a great bathroom. A delightful terrace setting for breakfast which was bountiful and delicious with homemade goodies. A common use kitchen with all facilities available and close to the main streets and the beaches.

Nothing at all. There are steps to climb to get to the rooms.

Location is perfect. Room was pleasant. Shower was hot and enough hot water for our two showers. Bed very comfortable. Quiet street at night.

Be careful about your car. The property is on a "no-car" street with automatic ticketing cameras. Host told us that she took care of our infraction which we hope turns out to be the case. We had been notified of this limitation, however with notices from the numerous properties for this trip, along with the automated reminders from Bookings.com, we missed the one about the parking issue. 3rd floor is really 4th floor. Elevator/lift is there but not working which is not a big deal for us except when carrying 50lb bag upstairs. Breakfast was nothing special.

Magical! Wonderful top floor (3rd storey) rooms located on a charming small piazza. The rooftop area is a dream come true, and rare for Cefalu, with views of the sea, the mountains, the Rocca cliffs, and over the old town. Some room(s) have a balcony with views as well. Amazing full breakfast, and you have access to kitchen fridge and tea/coffee-making if needed. Nicole runs this extremely well and is super-helpful. Her English is excellent. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern renovation inside and tastefully decorated. Great beds and quality bed linens, modern bathroom. Excellent lighting in room and electrical sockets close to hand (not always the case in many places). 110% recommended.

Hard to think of a single thing that could be done better.

The location was brilliant ! Nicole and the other ladies were so helpful and good to us. Our room had a juliet blacony that looked over the main street below and had views of the mountain. The roof top had spectacular 360 degree views and was a perfect breakfast and sunset drinks area ! Our room was comfortable and very clean. They could not do enough for us and we would love to stay there again !

There are too many wonderful things to say about my stay at Scirocco! Nicole and Maria are the kindest, most genuine hosts that have created a lovely space for those traveling to Cefalù. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, equipped with well functioning air conditioning and a beautiful view of the town. They provide filtered water which was great to fill up my water bottle before a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious and allowed an opportunity to meet fellow travelers staying at Scirocco. The terrace is really where you should spend your time - the views are absolutely incredible!! Bars/cafes/restaurants/train station/beaches are all within walking distance. Book your stay here - you won’t regret it!! ☺️

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was on a rooftop terrace and was wonderful. The views were awesome. The room was quiet at night. The location was very central. We were advised to make a reservation in a paid parking lot about six minutes away. When we arrived there was one spot left.

Anyone staying here should be aware that you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. My main drawback was that the mattress was a memory foam squishy mattress and was uncomfortable. It felt like it should be replaced.

The roof top location provides a great view of the town and sea shore. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Food is amazing and Nichole really makes you feel comfortable. The room does have some street noise as expected. Its a climb up the stairs to the third floor (4th floor in US terms) but typical for Europe. The room is quite bright and could use some privacy curtains but is a very modern and beautiful room.

You have to park your car 4 minutes away and take the never ending steps to third floor, but when you get there, it’s absolutely amazing! The host was so friendly, we texted our arrival time in Whatsapp and she was waiting and showing us all different kind of suggestions for our stay. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything and you can walk everywhere. We had a room with balcony overlooking the square, but the windows are so thick, it’s totally quiet at night. Also loved the roof terrace, where you can sit and enjoy sunset with a bottle of wine. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing too, prepared by the host’s mother. Thanks, we really loved it all!
