The lady who welcomed us at reception upon our arrival was very friendly and helpful and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good variety of options and the most delicious cuppachino! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with the most beautiful sea view and a lovely little balcony on which we sat to enjoy the view. On the last day of our stay, the man at reception was helpful in arranging a taxi for us and he also dragged our heavy luggage for us to where the taxi could pick us up. Without a doubt, comfortable and central accommodation which I can recommend with great confidence!

The position - in the old town but only 100 meters to the beach. We had a balcony with a sea view (top floor) that was just magic. Great all around and lives up to its reviews.

Only gripe would be the old school TV ( I know, why would you be watching TV) - no option - as we’ve found in even budget places - to get English audio. Minor gripe but sometimes it’s nice to be able to veg out…..

Loved this place, right in the main tourist street. Arrived and found the parking which is a few hundred metres away very easily. Check in was easy. We were there a little bit early but the rooms were ready. Although in the main tourist street things quieted down at night and did not impact our stay. Every night we went to a different local restaurant and all meals were delicious. Local convenience stores close by for supplies. Nice breakfast. Close to all the things you need to see in Cefalu.

Would have liked a kettle.

Being in the old town you cannot park close, but the instructions for their dedicated parking lot a quick walk away was easy to follow. Using WhatsApp to request the gate to be opened was easy. I chose not to drive to the hotel to drop my bags off because it is a fairly flat walk with only a short amount of cobble stones to navigate (my bag is only small and only about 10kg so not to much of an issue on cobbles). All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who manages breakfast and cleans the rooms, was absolutely lovely. She couldn’t do enough to help me. Very close and easy walking to all restaurants, the water, the cathedral etc.

We were checking in and Toti was so helpful. Although my son in law speaks Italian, Toti speaks English very well so we were able to communicate on two levels! Great spot close to the cathedral, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. My family of 13 took 6 of the 8 rooms, so it felt like a private villa. Gluten free options for breakfast for 2 of us.

Finding it was a little tricky because the streets are narrow and street names are on buildings which blend in with the stone sometimes, lol. The parking is not onsite.

The balcony faced west over the sea with a terrific view, but this was from a top floor room, I'm not sure the lower floor balconies will be as good. The room was spacious and comfortable, a good shower, and the Wifi worked well. Decent breakfast with nice choices. But it's so close to the main pedestrian street and the beach that the location was excellent, there is private parking available about 5 mins walk and you can drive within 100m to drop off or pick up luggage; this is a huge bonus for a hotel in the old town.

The staff were fantastic, the location was central, the hotel was gorgeous with a very comfy bed. It was exceptionally clean. The coffee was great, a good choice of breakfast items. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great size bathroom for Italy with a good size shower.

The lift is so slow, you're quicker walking up the stairs although if you have mobility issues it's great to have the lift. Needs more storage, our cases had to be stored beside the bed, no drawers for your clothes but there was hanging space with a shelf.

Our stay here was excellent - we were contacted in advance regarding where to park (for free) our car (hotel is in a limited traffic zone) which was a short (5 min) walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities were very good as was the view from our top floor balcony. The location is awesome - literally in the middle of the old town with lots to see and loads of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants - and very close to the entrance to the castle above the old town with amazing views.

Incredibly comfortable stay in a large, clean and very modern room. We loved soaking up the sun on the balcony while enjoying beautiful ocean views. Staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and we really appreciated that our room was ready early- grazie!! Breakfast provided a small but definitely sufficient variety, we especially enjoyed starting our day with the freshly made cappuccinos. Also to note the elevator made it super easy to get our luggage to our room on the 4th floor.

Location wise this hotel it’s very good. We were able to arrive with very helpful instructions from the hotel regarding parking as well as where to explore in Cefalù. The room was big enough with a small bar interesting useful balcony facing the street. Shower was good and the room was also nice isolated. We actually think it’s better than how the writings are.

The room has a limited view into the bay, and the window was not solely enough to prevent sound from the street.
