Location is amazing, staff was very welcoming and kind.

Lots of extras missing that will take it above and beyond. No beach towels, bathroom and shower were very small. Old isn't necessarily bad, but some accessories and furniture felt dated.

The location was perfect and history of the property was really interesting. The building is 400-500 years old and at one point was used as an artists studio in the courtyard. We were located on the ground floor. The room was lovely with an old feel to it. The fridge didn’t work and we told management on the way out who immediately were going to look at it. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t need it but were impressed they were going to sort the problem immediately. I loved how this property had been preserved by the current owner. The only fault being the shower that flooded. The bathroom was small however given the age of the building this was to be expected. Management had great comms and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

In-person check-in was easy. Parking was available outside the ZTL in a private, gated lot less than a ten-minute walk away. B&B is located right in the middle of the old city – perfect for walking around and near to everything. Room was small but well-maintained. Space to layout luggage was limited, but a wardrobe allowed hanging clothes. Queen-sized bed was comfortable and air conditioning was strong. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. WIFI had a strong signal and easily allowed uploading of hundreds of pictures as well as video chat. Adequate shower water pressure and good temperature with limited shower amenities provided. Great hot and cold breakfast, but a very small breakfast room requires a reserved time to prevent overcrowding. Both proactive and responsive communication.

Parking is limited and a little challenging with many cars in a very small area. Be prepared to carry your luggage vice drag to the establishment due to the cobblestone. Location of air conditioning unit faces one side of the bed making it uncomfortable for one of the occupants.

Really not a negative experience but IF I have to list what would I like to have the next time, then here it is: Finding the parking, Really need to publish an hand drawn map of where to park (put land marks to recognize), I never found it, I parked at the train station so it worked out. Actually I recommend parking your car where ever you have to then order a cab to take you the rest of the way. Rooms?: I would of liked a place to sit like a couch or a love seat. we had one chair to share

Hard to locate BUT Saretta saved the day. She actually walked to where we were and personally directed us to a parking facility and then walked with us to the property. For most folks there would not be a problem but we are almost 80 years old and in this high tech world we move a little slow. 5 STARS for Saretta.

Large comfortable room, very convenient to old town shopping area. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

Being an elderly couple we didn’t realize our room would be only accessible via stairs which made it difficult to manage luggage. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay in Cefalu

The location is great, right in the middle of everything. The private parking was extremely welcome, as the town is excessively crowded and driving around is difficult. Above all, we loved Ana, the cutest, most helpful and always in a good mood host.

Lots and lots and lots of stairs, which is understandable in an old medieval building. But if you have health issues, please be aware that breakfast is serves on the second floor, without lift, and one room (ours) is on the third, which takes some effort to reach with luggage.

Location was very good and the staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and had lots of space.

Would have liked a mirror in the bedroom besides the one inside the wardrobe door as the lighting wasn’t great. The bathroom shower and flush was noisy. However this wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast catered for most needs and the staff member on the premises was very attentive. The room came with option of a secure car parking space, a rare commodity in the old town. The manager was very responsive providing a contact WhatsApp number and essential information, including photos, to guide us to the car park.

The floor in the bedroom could have been cleaner. We found it to be gritty.

The apartment is in a superb location in the old town off of a street at the base of the cathedral. The building is old, but renovated rooms with a nicely renovated bathroom. With breakfast included, a voucher was provided for a tasty croissant at the café in the square. The checkin/checkout was very professional and Fabio met us at the parking lot, which is conveniently located around the corner from the apartment.

Instructions on how to use the heating would have been helpful, but we found them online after some minutes. There was a switch on the wall to turn power on to the air unit, which took us a while to figure out. The beds in the loft were making a creaking sound from the slightest movement, but was only a minor issue. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the 1st floor.
