The hotel was great overall, very comfortable, with a fantastic location right in the heart of the historic center. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

The only downside was breakfast, which I found a bit overpriced at €12. While there were gluten free options available, which I appreciated, the selection was quite limited, and the eggs were cold, as they had been prepared early in the morning and left out without any heating. Another small point to consider is that if you need to leave your luggage after checkout, there’s an additional fee.

Location is perfect, right in the main city centre so you can walk to everything (beach, shops, cafes, restaurants). Lift for easy access to floors. Aircon in rooms which a bonus in Summer. Reception is open 24hrs. Morning breakfast was sufficient. Staff were super friendly and provided some good local recommendations.

Not negative feedback, only providing further assistance for next guests. If you have a car, The Plumeria paid parking is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located directly in the historic city centre which cars aren't permitted at certain times. Suggest you drive up as close as possible to the historic centre entrance so you're only walking bags through the historic centre. The hotel is about 500m from the centre entrance down hill. You can also drive into the historic centre between 12pm - 6pm. Another alternative is you can also book a transfer with the hotel from the parking spot to the hotel. You will also need a code to open the parking gate, so ask for this ahead of time.

Location is great. The building is very charming. Breakfast was good

The hotel offers paid secure parking spots thats about 1 km from the hotel, mostly uphill walk, so they offer shuttle service, but the shuttle service is not very reliable. We waited nearly 30 mins in the parking for the shuttle and almost an hour on our way back. Understandably, this isn't the hotels fault and they did waive the shuttle fee on our way back, but it does leave a sour taste and is an inconvenience. I hope they can come up with a better option. The standard room and bathroom are on the small size. Some thing to bear in mind when booking. Bed was not super comfortable.

The junior suite we had booked was spacious enough for our stay, and nicely decorated. The hotel is in the middle of the old town of Cefalu, within walking distance to most restaurants, the beach etc. Good albeit not super breakfast.

Noise from neighbouring rooms was sometimes disturbing. The Shower drain was partially clogged, something the housekeeping should notice although they did a satisfactory job otherwise

Excellent service throughout our stay. We were made to feel very welcome. The photos on the website don't do it justice. Had a much more high end feel than expected. The location couldn't be better and our room was very large. Cute eating area too. Loved having a balcony in our room.

The coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast, but the servers were happy to make coffee at a different area in the hotel. Showers didn't drain quickly but good water pressure and hot.

The best aspect of this hotel was its exceptional location. Our room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. The breakfast was lovely and it was so pleasant to have it out in the garden courtyard. The staff were very helpful and took care of our every need.

The location was great, right in the middle of the historic center. Wonderful breakfast! The room was small but confortable, with a balcony overlooking the Main Street.

The main problem was that you had to leave the car 9 blocks away and either pull your luggage or ask the hotel to send you a taxi for 10 euros each way, which worked well when we checked in but at checkout they had blocked all the streets for a half marathon and we had to pull our luggage all the way back to the car and it wasn’t easy! (We were not advised by the hotel personnel the day before) The bathroom was quite small

We were happy with our hotel choice in Cefalu (2 nights). The location of the Plumeria is awesome and we liked the interior of the hotel and felt very comfortable overall. We had two large rooms, one with a balkony, one with a large roof-top terrace, both very spacious and clean. Also the hotel staff was professional and very nice, communication easy. If we ever return to Cefalu, we we would choose the Plumeria again!

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable, however, as we were at the front of the hotel, it was a little noisy late at night as is in a central location. Just bring decent headphones. However the central location works really well for easy access to the sights, the beach and lovely restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming Breakfast: Plenty of choice and can pay extra for fresh omlettes etc. Lovely choice of setting for breakfast, inside or outside in a walled garden Beautifully and tastefully furnished hotel, that reflects both a modern and traditional Sicilian style.

I don't have any feedback

The reason I rate highly this hotel is the receptionist was so helpful. I had to vacate my air b&b at 10 so O went directly to hotel and they had a room available so I could check in at 11 instead of 2. There is late check out at 12 so I could make the most of my stay. They also kept my bags for me after check out. The breakfast was lovely and fresh. Nice and close to the beautiful Cefalu sea.
