The property is lovely and scenic, on a hill looking down on pastures, olive groves and various trees. It was a sparkling, clean pool, jacuzzi, sauna and work out equipment. The staff are caring, attentive and are incredibly hospitable people. Pietro, Daniella, Gandolfo and Valeria went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of! The food was fresh, flavorful and sensational! We’ll be back!!

The kindness and friendliness of the staff was super exceptional and they went out of their way to assist/help us when we needed and the food served in the evening was top notch and of very high quality with very fresh ingredients. The location was amazing very peaceful,quiet and lovely mountain views.

The only thing we didn't like was that our holiday came to an end sadly 😔.

Lovely staff, peaceful and beatifull views. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the gym and some hiking closeby. Great food (breakfast, lunch an dinner) and house wine. We can also recommend the pizzeria in town from the same owner, great flavors! The room with the balcony is great, sunrise and sunset to be spotted from your terrace!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home, treating us like personal guests whose comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities.

The breakfast could have offered more variety.

This was a great base to go hiking in the Madonie mountains. The hotel has a panoramic view and is a close drive to key views and mountain activities. The hotel is run by personable family and local people. The food was representative of local dishes. We enjoyed a swim n the pool in early October.

What struck me the most was the level of hospitality by the staff. The rooms and the resort facilities were very clean. Quality of food was great. We dined 3 times at the resort and the chef Salvatore was great preparing great dishes for us, I recommed dining at the resort. If you want a peaceful location this resort is ideal. The staff were excellent and made our stay enjoyable.

During our stay there where 2 events organised at the resort and music was kept out loud.

Our stay at Resort San Nicola was amazing. The scenery was gorgeous and the whole atmosphere was very peaceful and tranquil. Valeria was always available to help with anything we needed and even went to town to get fresh ingredients for a home cooked meal as well as breakfast each morning. Would definitely come back next time we are in Sicily.

Resort San Nicola is the perfect place for peacefullness and relaxation in the midst of the most beautiful nature of Sicilly. We especially liked the friendly and helpfull staff, who really made us feel welcome. The food was fantastic, made from locally sourced meat, homegrown vegetables and herbs from the wild nature in the sorrounding mountains. The pool was covered by a retractable greenhouse, so both the air and water temperature was comfortable, even though we visited in late April. We hope to be able to come back.

The area is magnificent. Valeria and all the staff are very helpful. We had two small children with us (two year old and 7 month old) and we always felt welcome. The food is something special. We loved waking up to the sound of cowbells in the morning. Although the resort feels hidden away, it's quite easy to get to.

Cannot thing of anything to complain about.

Friendly staff. He kept waiting for us coming to do check-in till midnight. Food and hotel was excellent.
