The location is excellent, in the old town and close to nice restaurants and the beach. Room was comfortable and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

The woman responsible for breakfast was EXTREMELY rude. You walk into the breakfast room and are being given orders like by a teacher for a 7 year old. In all these orders being given in her broken English we missed the part that the coffee machine (which is still switched on) is broken. So when we try to make coffee she explodes and says something in Italian which makes the Italian guests laugh at us. We are well seasoned experienced travellers and I really did not appreciate being rediculed by someone who should be happy to serve their guests, even if we did misunderstand her instructions. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were treated like naughty school children and rediculed in front of other guests for such a minor incident, we probably would have scored this property a 10.

Location was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I love the fact that there was an elevator. The breakfast was excellent. The owner helped us with our car which was extremely nice. He parked in his garage for €25 a night an excellent deal because it was right next to the hotel. The roof truck deck was beautiful.

The bathroom was extremely small that I couldn’t even walk into it. I had to walk sideways, and there was a slight musty smell when you walked into the room.

Perfect location,close to everything. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with juice fruit, yoghurt, eggs, not just croissants and cake. Staff very helpful and friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Also kept some luggage for us as we didnt want to take all of it whilst walking in Madonie mountains.

Our room was particularly noisy at night due to ?staff emptying bins or cleaning up, not sure if it was staff at the hotel or another place.

Ideal location near heart of town, close to all amenities. Easy to get around, everything within walking distance. Had a bar on premises which was a bonus.

Difficult to get to by car due to road restrictions. Unfortunately our car could not fit in their garage and had to park a fair distance from hotel. But this is typical with some of the accommodation located in town centre. This would not stop me from staying in centre of town.

I love the location. The beach was down the block, main square also 2 blocks away. It was close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. It's not that far from the train station but it's hard to find a taxi so keep this in mine. Good breakfast and the staff was friendly. the view from the terrace is everything.

I feel like the bed weren't as comfortable as I expected. The decoration of the room is a little bit old but it's OK. Also, the breakfast finish at 9:30 AM it can be until 10:00 lol

Lovely little hotel in a perfect place! Loved the terace with an amazing view. Enjoyed breakfast (recommend to try a cake!). The staff was friendly. Some of the people who work there didn't speak English, but it was easy to find a way to talk to them with signs and smiles. Would definitely come back again!

My room was a bit dark and there was a noise in the mornings. However it was last minute booking and basically their last room so no complains here.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the town, easy access to water, restaurants, beach, etc. The room was a good size for Italy very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with many choices of food and beverages. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely small hotel in a superb location. Very quiet despite its proximity to the main centre. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Our room was ready early to check in which really helped as we wanted to explore without luggage.

The rooftop terrace was closed for renovation which was unfortunate but I'm sure it will be fabulous once done.

Good continental breakfast. Could have been more fruit (melon!) and vegetables. Nice toaster. Tasty salami. Slices of cheese, wrapped in plastics, were messy to unwrap. The cappuccino was good, but not super duper. All in all - it was a good breakfast. The rooftop terrace with a bar was great. Cosy with some 7-8 tables. The view was fantastic with the sea to the west and the mighty rock to the east. Tasty drinks and very nice staff.

The hotel took care of our rental car - as agreed over phone in advance. It was very stressy to park the car on the side of the narrow street at arrival. Couldn’t the hotel take over the car immediately at arrival - without parking it to the side (to allow other cars to pass)?

The location was perfect. It was bit of a walk from the train but certainly not difficult. There is an elevator at the hotel which makes life so easy! It’s a stones throw from the sea front in the old town. All the main attractions are within an easy walk. La Giara has fabulous evening rooftop bar with amazing views of the cathedral and La Rocca. There are restaurants in the next street that have great food and are perched over the rocks with waves gently crashing. What a lovely lunch we had! Great location and lovely staff.
