Fantastic property ideal for a group of friends who want their own room but happy to have a communal dining and living space. Close to town (10 minute walk). Great sized rooms with great showers, roller shutters, air con and nice and quiet at night. Lovely hosts, Nadia and Lucia who prepared breakfast each morning (continental with a great selection of cereal, cakes, deli, eggs, coffe and juices etc). Nadia advised us on things to do and helped us with making arrangements, bookings and travel advice. Both Nadia and Lucia speak good English. Amazing stay. Thanks Ladies.

We loved this hotel / apartment and we particularly enjoyed hosts Nadia and Mirko. Easy parking and convenient walk to Centro and beach. Spacious renovated room with nice terrace and water views. Sweet common breakfast area with best breakfast you'll enjoy in Italy thanks to Nadia and her espresso and homebaked cakes! Great stay that we extended from one night to three nights we loved it so much. Enjoy the high country while you're there as well. They gave us a great tour routine we will not soon forget. Thanks again guys.

Well located in Cefalù, close to everything without being in the tourist centre. Free and apparently safe parking available at the foot of the building. Beautiful, comfortable room, nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the old town and the sea, with an uninterrupted view of the sunset :) The stay was also made perfect by the welcome and kindness of our hosts.

The property was nice and the location was great, very convenient and quiet.

However, the towels seemed worn out and possibly not washed at a high temperature, as they didn’t feel very fresh. Also, the shower head was broken, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. With a few small improvements, the stay could be perfect.

Good location near the town and station. Clean room and a nice breakfast. Air conditioning was nice and quiet. Good view of the city and beach. Lift access for luggage.

The shower lacked a bit of pressure and we found the bed a little uncomfortable, although the sheets were nice and soft. We understand this is a minor problem.

The location was good (about 10/15mins walk to the old town and beach) and Nadia was fabulous. Very helpful, friendly and chatty. My husband especially liked the breakfast!

When you arrive the outside of the building looks a little shabby ( also there is construction going on) and we were slightly concerned. However once inside it was absolutely fine. Quiet and clean.

Your great, go true the room and repair the stuff that are brookend.

You need to have paint killers and some instant Coffee at the room. Also hot water toke forever to come in the shower.

all the staff was lovely but Nadia was so kind & very helpful & accomodating & caring makeing our stay more comfortable .. the breakfast was freshly made & rooms where sooo clean .. great modern place to stay ..

nothing at all … The shower was a bit high tech capsule for me but no issue …

Good location, nice breakfast, comfy room.

Our reception by the owner was fraught. Maybe he was having a bad day, he was curt and dismissive. Hopefully this was just a one-off with us. We felt like we needed to tippy-toe around him.

the location was ok for us as we enjoy walking but we imagine it would be harder for families with young children as it was a bit of a walk to the old town down busy roads for the price, it would have been nice to have more selection at breakfast
