The location is excellent, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean and a stunning sunset from the yard. The property is within walking distance of the town center. The room had a small fridge, and there is a large yard with parking available. Although we stayed for just one night and left early the next day, missing the breakfast, the host was very thoughtful and provided us with a breakfast voucher. This allowed us to enjoy a complimentary breakfast at a nearby café that opens early in the city center.

The single bed was a bit small.

Excellent choice for Cefalù! The location was fantastic.. only about a 10 minute walk to the train station, as well as the beach. The B&B has beautiful views of the sea. The breakfast was excellent... many different kinds of food to choose from (including eggs) Clean, safe and secure. The hosts were wonderful. Dario is a very kind and helpful host. Cefalù is amazing by the way.

The B&B is located part way up a hill on a winding road. Be careful if you're on foot and definitely use a flashlight if you're on foot at night. Everything else was great.

The room is clean, the view is great, and the location is not hard to find. There is a parking space in the courtyard, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also good, the croissants and coffee are both delicious.

The room is a bit small. There are three of us and two suitcases, so there's not enough space. The lower bunk of the bunk bed is not very comfortable to sleep on. You can't sit on it either, or you'll hit your head and it will hurt a lot. Besides, when you sleep, you can feel a cool breeze on your head.

The view from the Villa shocked me, that’s one in a lifetime beauty! And this is a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace with such a view. Breakfast was so delicious and so full, that you didn’t need a lunch after this. Thank you for these freshly baked croissants!!! The location is 10 minutes from the center, but it’s even better not to live in super noisy and overcrowded place but in this beautiful and calm area!

Just quite steep way to the villa, especially with your suitcase, but it’s very short

Stunning location, high above the beautiful coastal town of Cefalu. Charming villa, set among lemon groves, with a view from the breakfast room which made me happy for the day ahead! The breakfast itself was beautifully presented. It's quite a hilly walk up to the property, but quite doable, if you take a couple of rests - and the destination is worth it.

B&B Villa Rosa was a perfect stay for us. The view, location, breakfast, parking and kind and generous host, Dario were all wonderful. We loved our walks to the beaches, the town, the Rock and so much more. Best cappuccino every morning and wonderful restaurant recommendations! Thank you, Dario. We will see you again!

The room was clean, we have got good instructions to enter, the owner is friendly. The breakfast was basic, there was very good fruit available. Parking is in the yard. The location of the house is excellent, with a view of the sea.

The room is quite dark and has only two small windows, the equipment would need renovation, everything is very old. The garden belonging to it is messy, as well as the surroundings of the house, everywhere is full of things.

The view is fantastic. Communication with the host was great. There is free parking with enough space. There was a fridge in the room, which is also nice. The breakfast choice was very small, but I really enjoyed the quality of the products. So In the end it was tasty. And having breakfast with this view is priceless.

The room itself is not very stylish and is very small. The shower is the smallest I've ever seen, I've barely fit into it. I wish the city center was a bit closer, but it's still walkable.

The family is very kind and available to meet your needs. Clean room and great location with a nice garden and a great view of the coast. The possibility to park at the B&B and to leave the car in place after check-out for a visit of Cefalù before leaving. The breakfast is rich with fresh products and real Italian coffee. Walking distance to the city center of Cefalù.

Everything! The place is perfect. We have booked Villa Rosa just as a last minute option, because our first apartment had stamed us, but it turned out to be the best place.where we stayed in our whole Trip in Sicily. It has a big private parking place. Our room had everything we needed (two adults and two small children) and it was comfortable fur all.of us. The place is also very charming. And Dario is very welcoming. The breakfast place was perfect - outside with a view to the sea. Breakfast is small, but enough. Our children said they want to come back. We also.
