Salvatore was a fabulous host. He is super friendly and accomodating to your needs. The BNB is nice, clean and presentable and quite close to the beach and shops in the historic part of the town.

There is quite a lot of construction near the BNB which made it very noisy in the mornings especially - also, as the BNB rooms are very close together and the main dining area is in very close proximity to the rooms whereby you can hear all the conversations and tidying up during and after breakfast which was very noisy. Overall, despite the noise the stay was great and would highly recommend Salvatore and his BNB.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a modern, clean bathroom that exceeded expectations. The shower was powerful and refreshing – a perfect way to start the day! Breakfast each morning was fantastic – fresh, varied, and delicious throughout our stay. You could really tell thought and care went into it. What truly made our stay special was the warm and welcoming host, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and felt at home. We’re already looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend!

Lovely B&B a block back from the beach and a 10 minute stroll from the old town. It's an apartment building with Baronetto's rooms on the first floor (there is a lift). Our room was a good size with a large bathroom with bath and shower and a spacious outdoor terrace with outdoor sofa, table, gazebo and lighting. Breakfast was continental with some elements changed daily (the homemade jams were superb) , Salvatore's sister taking good care of us with freshly made cappuccino's too. Salvatore himself was an excellent host, coming in to the breakfast room daily to wish us Good Morning. Can't wait to return!

As it's an apartment building there was a bit of noise in the morning on a couple of occasions - a mother and child arguing at 7am woke us up- though we did have earplugs with us. The only thing we would have liked would be a kettle in the room. Despite these minor issues though we loved our stay at Baronetto.

Wonderful hidden gem in cefalu! Salvatore was very welcoming meeting us on arrival giving us a little introduction and recommendations for our stay in cefalu, lovely breakfast with a good variety, we opted for the family room with terrace which was perfect for our stay with a spacious bathroom, so glad we chose this bed and breakfast - highly recommend and will definitely be staying here in the future. Close to the station, beach and the old town so no car required!

Convenient stay (2 nights in October) in Cefalu for sightseeing and beachtime. Travelled from Palermo by train. Good location: walking distance from train station, to the beach and to supermarket close by. Nice plus: there are hammam-style towels to use for the beach. Nice room decoration. Breakfast is OK. Don't expect a big continental breakfast but it is more than an italian breakfast :) Easy contact with host and if not there via Whatsapp very fast response. Host had good restaurant recommendations. Historic center Cefalu is easy to visit from here (10min walk). Good to know: the B&B is in an apartment building on the first floor, accessible with elevator and stairs.

the entrance to the apartment building is not very welcoming but no deal breaker. Shower towels are a little bit stiff.

We stayed here on our last night before leaving Sicily. Lovely clean and modern place and well situated for the town, just a walk across the road to the promenade and a stroll until you reach the beach and town. We took advantage of paying a small amount to park at the property, we let him know our estimated time of arrival and he was at the barrier to let us in. As a tea drinker I had struggled to get a cup of tea during our holiday, Baronetto B&B had it available to help yourself any time in the breakfast room. Perfect. As we found throughout our time in Sicily the owner was friendly and helpful and gave us advice on what to see and where to eat.

Everything about this place was great. Salvatore met us upon arrival and instantly made us feel at home. He gave us recommendations on what to do in the town, where to eat and what was happening in the town during the time we were there. Facilities were great, balcony was very handy and we were also provided with a beach umbrella! Breakfast was handmade every morning by Salvatore, his sister and his girlfriend. Restaurant quality service too. Located a 5 minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the old town and 2 minutes from a great gourmet supermarket! 10/10 stay, will be back one day.

Salvatore was a great host who sweetened our vacation with lots of very helpful tips and friendliness. There was also an extra map on Google Maps from him, in which he had already marked all the important and good restaurants and bars. Very helpful :). He was also very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and very friendly. The room was small but adequate, the air conditioning was super cooling and the small balcony was also very nice. Overall, the room was modern, with lots of shelves and freshly decorated in a nice way. The small fridge was there and the extra earplugs and sleeping mask provided were also super nice gimmicks. Thanks for that :). Also we had a nice parking lot who was secure in a full city. An idea, but not a criticism, would perhaps be a small coffee machine in the rooms themselves. So you could make your own coffee before you really get up.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but also formed a hollow on my side. Not that problem but with my weight, not super comfortable. The drain in the shower didn't work so well, so you were always standing in foam and dirty water. It took a few minutes for this to drain. But that's criticism on a super high level.

Salvatore, the owner, was friendly and solicitous of all our needs and could readily be contacted. Ready advice re accessing local sites, taxis arranged as needed, beach towels and umbrella provided. Everything was so clean and room cleaned daily. Breakfast with fresh home-made food available. Our arrival flight was delayed but Salvatore waited up late to facilitate us. Very good value. We were attending a wedding with guests staying in different hotels in Cefalù. We stayed 4 nights.

While very close to beach, a 15 minute walk to historical Cefalù, in 30°c + humidity.

Salvatore and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was truly a highlight of this B&B. The homemade lemon jam, pastries, and coffee were delish. The double room had a desk, two chairs, A medium-small balcony, clothes drying rack attached to the outside wall. The shower and bathroom are compact but work well. There is a key to main building, one to the broader apartment, and then one to each individual room. Which I appreciate for an added feeling of security. The location is in a safe part of town, 5 minutes from a public area of beach. The pretty old town area with most restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes. I would say that 3 nights would be the perfect amount of time to stay here. You can get a good taste of Cefalù in that time.

The only thing I would note that some may not like as much is the louder sound of the motor in the bathroom that is used to process water. It may wake your partner in the middle of the night.
