Perché conditioning turned off by itself during the night. Shower changed from hot to cold and back again. Location is a bit farther than I'd thought from the sea. Staff didn't tell me I could have eggs included in breakfast, (until second day when another guest asked.)

Absolutely lovely stay, great hospitality, very fast and nice contact with the owner. Beautiful place and adjustable approach to our breakfast request! Got plenty of food good for a celiac diet and vegetarian. My dogs were super happy and the beds were extremely comfortable! We even got a free room upgrade just because it was available! ✌🏻🥰

Wow.... just incredible. We stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute of it, and miss it! This country house is a dream, and only just around the corner from the main town but has the best country/farmhouse feel. The people there were so kind and lovely, the room was spacious with air con and a great bathroom. It felt like a little slice of paradise.... could not recommend this enough. So picturesque, and the Jacuzzi was perfect too!

The house and grounds were lovely & well-kept. The room where we stayed for 3 days had a lovely antique bed, linen sheets and was spacious & very clean. It was easy to walk into the town. Parking within the old part of town is difficult so we were happy to leave the car parked at La Finestra sul Conero.

Host was very kind and friendly. The property is a delightful bed and breakfast with a beautiful view and within walking distance of the rest of Castelfidardo. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely stunning property, sparkling clean, every detail covered and the views are breathtaking. We took our two small dogs, parked our car and the location is great to walk into the old town. Staff super friendly - A1 stay thank you

Solid location, down a path, a short ways from town centre. A large and wonderful supermarket is just across the street. Easy parking and amazing views of the countryside from the grassy lawn. Welcoming hosts. The bathrooms were particularly wonderful, with thoughtful shelves and places to put your Dopp kit, etc. Really well designed.

Really nothing — note that, for folks who book last minute, you'll want a good data connection to get messages from the hosts on check-in time. They come to meet you at that time, handle paperwork, and give you a tour. We had spotty phone service and missed their messages, and waited around (a few minutes, nothing significant).
