The views are amazing, the garden surroundings are beautifully maintained and the swimming pool area is clean, fresh and a pure oasis. There is plenty of parking (a car is needed) and the beach is a 15min walk down hill or 5min drive. There is paid parking near the beach. The nearest supermarket is also 15min walk away and the town centre is super cute with a large piazza, and full of small shops, restaurants and ice cream saloons. On top of the hill (10min drive uphill) is the old town Castellabate and well worth a visit. Once there, you can walk up to the castle through lovely, tiny, little narrow streets which are a must, so gorgeous.

The actual apartment is quite dated. An old sofa, TV and kitchen unit are all in one room, with not much space, but the patio outside is huge and makes up for it with a large plastic table and chairs and sun loungers and washing rack. There are two washing machines in the complex in a small laundry room which is shared. The rooms and bathroom are basic, the mattresses rock hard sadly. The plug sockets are limited and some were hanging loose of the wall. No toiletries, washing up liquid or bin bags provided. There is WiFi but the tv only has one or two channels for those who like to watch tv.

Above all, we were delighted with the beautiful location, the large pool and the beautiful garden and a million dollar view from the terraces. You can walk to the sea, but the city beach is quite crowded in August (what a surprise :), so it is better to drive a little further. The sea is clear and fish can be seen in it, and the beach is both sandy and rocky. The apartment is just big enough for four, the air conditioning worked without problems (which is really necessary here in August). The kitchen has basic equipment, no dishwasher (but we knew about it). There are two supermarkets nearby with everything you need.

We had to ventilate a lot after arrival because the apartment was a bit musty, but it was fine the next day. Wifi only on the terrace and by the pool - inside we were on data, but that's nothing you can't survive.

We stayed here for four weeks and it was perfect. Huge balcony with stunning sunset views over the sea. Lovely pool and garden. The villa is basic but has everything you want . Good air conditioning and a constant supply of hot water. Plenty of choice in the town to eat and drink with music at the weekends. Great beaches and beautiful villages in the mountains. Lot's to see and do in the area but you must have a car. Overall it ticks a lot of boxes.

Views were amazing. Pool area is great and loads of loungers. Apt well equipped. Nice shower and comfortable bed.

We loved the breathtaking sea views, the swimming pool, its quiet & pretty, gardens and pool which are well kept and clean, good accommodation that was clean and everything worked. The accommodation in great value for money. The location is on a hill within easy walking distance of a beautiful historic seaside town, with plenty of beaches, a spar market close by and plenty of restaurants, and bars. when we were there it seemed like a resort that’s popular with Italian families on holiday, and we can see why. we will definitely come again.

Views from terraces are stunning, very close to town of Castellabate, staff very easy going and helpful especially Sara .

Very helpful, polite, friendly owners, who came straight over when we had a problem. Spoke English to us. Lovely people. They had written a really useful guide to the area that we used to visit places of interest. The view from the apartment was stunning. The pool was excellent and clean as were all the communal areas. There was table tennis and table football for the children. The area in general is beautiful.

The beds were poor.

Fabulous position overlooking the sea. Lovely big terrace. Wonderful pool and gardens. Effective air conditioning which was much needed!
