Amazing.

We recently stayed at the Muraless Art Hotel in Verona, and it was by far the most unique and artistic hotel we've ever visited. The primary reason we chose this hotel was because of its artistic theme, and it did not disappoint. Each room has its own distinct design, which made the entire check-in experience exciting and memorable. From a cleanliness perspective, everything was spotless – we would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast was decent, though not particularly impressive, it was sufficient to start the day.

There was one disappointing experience we had during our stay. One evening, we attempted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. A group event was taking place, but there were still empty tables available. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn’t be seated, even though we were a small group of four. The main issue was that there was no prior information about the restaurant being closed to other guests due to the event. This left us with a negative impression, as we felt the situation could have been handled better.

Hotel is at few km from the city centre. In front of the entrance there is bus station if you want to leave the car in the hotel parking slots. The entire hotel has been recently renewed and each room has been painted by an artist. The room we stayed was spacious and very cleaned. It was quite as well. Good breakfast buffet.

Nothing to mention

The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The room was fine but the bathroom was suffering from excess dampness (blistering / peeling paint etc). For my taste, the large bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was definitely above average for an Italian hotel of this price class and category. The three breakfast basics.....Bread = Pass; Coffee = Pass; "Juice" = Fail

Yes, the bus No.52 stops outside the hotel every 30min BUT the last bus home leaves Verona at 1955! That's a real nuisance. If you end up getting a taxi back, then you may as well use the taxi fare on a hotel in Verona. Call me a snob if you like but I found the behaviour standards of the majority of the bus tour guests (at breakfast) very poor. One couple had a medium sized, badly behaved dog that yelped and barked incessantly. People took large quantities from the buffet then didn't consume it.

It was easy to park on the street right in front of the hotel (the parking before the hotel was full), very kind and lovely staff. Breakfast was very good, many salty and sweet options. It's just beside the route so you have to count with some noise but nothing special. Great blackout for lightsleepers and very comfortable bed! We had pizza room that I wished for when booking and it was super funny to every little detail, loved it! There is restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby, food is good there.

The reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very attentive, always trying to be as helpful as they can be. Even the rooms with more common murals are at least a little extraordinary in comparison with any other hotel we were in. Equipment-wise, rooms have everything one needs from a small fridge, and safe to a rack for clothes, a comfortable bed, and air conditioning. The breakfasts were simply delicious. Quite a variety of different options allowed us to both find a sweet spot (pun intended) and pick different dishes each day. The presence of a barista during breakfast made sure the coffee brews were fresh and tasty. While we decided not to leverage the public transport option, there is a bus line with a stop right next to the hotel that goes right through Verona city center. The general location of a calm neighborhood near the highway hub allows for routes to nearby Lago di Garda (incl. Sirmione).

I was really impressed by the hotel. Every room has its own style. This is exactly the reason, why decided to book the place. We got the room dedicated to food, procsiutto crudo. I loved the art a lot. You could also read a story behind it and also about the artist. Room itself was small, but really good arranged. The breakfast was really good, everyone could find something that they like. A lot of sweet breakfast choices. I would really recommend to book this place and experience an interesting surprise of what kind of room you will get.

We have arrived pretty late, in the area we could not find something to eat. Even after 25 min walking, we kissed closed doors of the small restaurants 😅 The bar in the hotel was also closed, and they did not served any drink anymore after 11pm, probably because of some holidays in Italy. It was a little bit disappointing.

OMG, this was a great place to stay! It is fun if you like art and just a joyful place to be. There is parking which is important if you are driving. In our travels the staffs at the places we stayed made a difference, and the staff here was exceptional. They genuinely cared about us and our stay. The room was painted in a very unconventional way and we loved it. You have to stay there it is just that cool

Location, it is drive to downtown Verona where the arena is and most of the activity. It's not a deal breaker, just need to know.

Artistic styling is top-notch. That I expected. What I didn't expect was just how nice the hotel feels: everybody is very friendly and you immediately feel truly welcome. I rarely like hotel restaurants; this one was superb and serves pinsa romana to kill for. If you travel to Italy through the Brenner pass by car, this is THE place to spend the night.

Loved the staff attitude and kindess, what was provided with the room: soap was great, good quantities per person, bathroom was clean and everything worked great. AC was working good, would definitely reccomend.

I've ordered a Caesar Salad for dinner, and for the price it was definitely not worth it and not tasting like a Caesar salad: a bit of rocket salad, store bought croutons, store bought parmesan shavings, and the dressing was store bought and basically only mayo. Disappointing.
