Pleasant campsite, friendly staff, clean toilets and showers. Near Peschiera and Verona

On the third day of the stay, we are hit by a storm with huge hailstones, which severely damaged the tents and cars. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. However, for the next two days after the storm, sewage flowed directly into the lake from the sewers under the campsite. The situation quickly changed only after I stopped two police officers riding a bicycle, scolded them for their inattention and forced them to deal with the situation. Within an hour, a sewer truck was on the scene and everything was fixed. Despite these inconveniences, Italy is a great country and I would love to come back.

Everything was excellent, staff nice and friendly, parking was close and spacious. The mobile home was very clean and nice. Location is literally 3 min from Gardaland. You can’t imagine the traffic jam there and a location like this is a life saver not to get stuck in traffic for hours

It could be my fault but I didn’t read that sheets and towels are not included in the price I would appreciate if maybe this was highlighted somehow bc 3 mattresses covers and 2 towels were 28€ extra. As I said i could have been my fault but I went back and read everything and I couldn’t find where is mentioned to bring our owns. Hence this is not a critic but more a suggestion to maybe put more emphasis on this so that guest are aware.

This is a campsite near Gardaland. It serves its purpose.

Paying for towels and bed linen. Not logical to rent a mobile home without this. It is also expensive. If you need them, order just a minimum because package for 1 person has several towels. You might not need them all. Internet works only 1 hour, so if you need to do business, don't go there. After 1 hour free you have to pay 3e per hour. In these days internet should be basic and not extra.

Great location, next to all family entertainment centers. Pool area was nice, not to crowded and clean. Great for families, animation for kids all day.

Beds were really uncomfortable, but we stayed only 2 night so it was not a major issue. There was a party at the camp restaurant, which was really loud until 1.00 am, but we stayed across the street.

Location was great for family visiting Gardaland or just lake Garda. The staff was kind and friendly.

There's not enough space in Bungalow with garden view for 4 adults (parents and 2 girls 15 years old).... Once you open sofa, you can't move in room/ kitchen/ dinning room. Also, the sofa is extremely uncomfortable, broken in the middle...

When you rent a mobile home, you know that you will get a small, efficiently organized facility. This one was no different. The best quality was the location: our mobile home (type Lago) was located just steps from the beach, overlooking beautiful Lake Garda. All windows have insect screens, which was very necessary to keep out the bugs. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

The children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds is very small and tended to get very stuffy, despite keeping the window open. I really urge these kinds of places to increase the nightly fees a bit and include bed sheets and towels in the price. It's so ridiculous that I have to pay extra for that.

The staff is awesome!!! Reception, kids club , mini disco, swimming pool entertainment , restaurant … they turn this camping into heaven … We stayed 10 days and wanted to stay even a week longer because no one wanted to leave. The direct access to lake is also great and supermarket has all you need without leaving the camping area. The terrasse is also lovely for lunch and dinner. Mobile homes have very good AC and others guests are mostly nice and polite.

Internet speed Could be improved with fiber optics (WiFi signal everywhere that’s ok but speed is slow)

Its a cool place with a lot of space! Location is great, we were walking to gardaland for like 20min, they have a pool and garage, also a beach front. Comfortable patio! Very comfortable bathroom, also this is always in so many cases a problem, START PUTTING HOOKS IN YOUR ROOMS PLEASE. especially bathrooms. Parking is great!

I find it unnecessary or just not right to have extra fees for something this basic as towels and sheets to have. My mattress was kind of poor quality, i was able to sleep but it felt like having a hole in the middle. Please start putting HOOKS inside the rooms, there is nothing you can put the towels on inside the bathroom. There is no mirror where one can see itself from bottom to top.

This place is absolutely magical. Our apartment was clean , bright, and the room where my kids were was really beautiful. We had a garden view, and there we had total privacy and a lot of places for kids to play. Always hot water , small but well equipped kitchen,it was true enjoyment cooking there . Everyone around was very respectful to sleeping hours, plus the apartment has good sound isolation. Mornings were beautiful, with sun rays breaking through the olive trees , and the sound of birds was making the atmosphere in the garden so perfect that I could spend a lifetime there enjoying it . The pool was great too ,kids enjoyed slides ,one of the pools has heated water . The walk through camp was really something, lake walk also and if you are lucky to catch a clear day , sunset will leave you speechless. Cappuccino and croissants in camp restaurant are excellent , and the personnel working there are extremely polite. I really hope I will come back to Le Palme in the future, and definitely I would love to stay much more days than I did now .

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the mattress on the sofa that's opening into the bed . First night I was sleeping in the middle of the bed and it was very uncomfortable ,it felt like it had a hole ,but the next night I moved to the right side of the mattress and it was better for sleep. Everything else was so perfect , the mattress problem was so unimportant.

Regular people need more time to get used to the volume of Italians. Don't expect a calm, quiet Camp, as it is buzzing, loud talking (screaming almost) well after 22.00, which is a challenge considering you can hear everything through the thin walls of the mobile homes. This, however, also means that they tend to sleep late in the mornings, so you can at least drink a coffee on the porch, without someone shouting around you.
