This hotel gave me the feeling that it's part of a fairytale story. It's an old refurbished building and looks like a castle. The backyard terrace is really nice for late evenings and a glass of prosecco. Rooms are quite big and really clean. The staff was really helpful and answered to all of our questions. Breakfast really good with a lot of options. We only stayed for one night for a day visit to Verona, but if I will ever go back to that part of Italy ( I understood it's 1 hour train from Garda Lake ) will definitely chose this hotel.

The downside was that we were not able to use the swimming pool and I would suggest the hotel to advise the customers here on booking.com the opening hours of the pool and the fact that a reservation is needed. Unfortunately we arrived 30 minutes before the pool was closing :) But that was fine in the end.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villa Malaspina with our family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful — they really made us feel welcome. The hotel offers free parking, which was a big plus, and we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted in advance to book access to the swimming pool — a thoughtful touch that made planning easier. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained, perfect for some relaxing family time. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept really well! Breakfast was another highlight — everything was fresh, tasty, and there was a good variety to choose from. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for comfort and great service.

The hotel situated in a quite area like a village. The swimming pool is very warm, clean, good place for children. The staff and cleaning ladies are very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our time there.

The breakfast is the same every day. I’m totally fed up with omelette but there was no choice (I mean salty dishes). Was a bit difficult to feed my daughter. Also in the evening it is difficult to find some place to eat in the neighborhood. The restaurant in the hotel offers not many dishes.

The location is good 1:15 hours away from Venice and less than one hour from Sirmione, so a great choice if you have plans to visit many places and need clean comfy place to rest. The decoration was very authentic. Breakfast was great with many options and everything was fresh! The SPA area is nice , swimming pool with Sauna and Steam.

I had two nights, Saturday night was crowded and the SPA was very busy so it was not easy to enjoy it as the other days especially the swimming pool size is not that big. Most of stuff and 2 Ladies at the reception were really friendly and helpful. though one guy seemed to have a Raugh day so was not as friendly as others.

The staff is really nice, there is a lot of parking and the hotel is really clean especially considering how old is the building and how outdated is the refurbishment. The breakfast was good.

A lot of the other guests were really grumpy. Maybe there use to come here when it was a luxury hotel or maybe it was because it was All Saints' weekend. The wellness is not really wellness, just a small pool with some extra facilities which need to be reserved ahead of time.

A very beautiful hotel . I was on a motorcycle trip the parking was safe and which is a big issue. I did not get to use the facilities as I was hungry and the hotel restaurant was shut so had to go out to a local pizza restaurant. It was recommended and it was very nice . Had a great sleep and a very harty breakfast In the morning that set me up for the days trip I had planned . The staff were lovely and very helpful .

We stayed for 2 nights on our road trip through Italy. Everything was just perfect and much better than we expected. The location is good, a few mins of ride from Verona and 30 mins from Garda Lake. We received a very warm welcome at the reception and the stuff was very kind during our whole stay. Breakfast had a good choice of food and it was fresh and delicious. The swimming pool is small but they make the reservations so it was never crowded. The pool was very clean. The room was very specious and also clean, equipped with everything that we needed. Wifi connection excellent.

Historic villa and friendly staff. Pool and Sauna were fantastic. On sight restaurant was next-level. Comfortable room with antique style furnishings.

There was no way to make tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was repetitive. Not much variety and the same offerings every day. Wifi was also weak in our room.

Lovely, old and quirky building. Pool area was uncrowded due to need to book and pleasant to sit in. Restaurant on site served quality, delicious food. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Short drive to the airport and hotel helped to arrange a taxi transfer for us.

Restaurant food wasn’t to the children’s taste - but there’s a great pizza takeaway a few minutes’ walk away which they said was amazing.

pool access. no idea why they ask to prebook it. neither sauna or steam bath were working, with any notice from the hotel. very poor and strange wifi
