Very friendly and helpful staff, all of whom that I spoke with spoke good English. The room was spacious, simply decorated and very clean. It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the room was air conditioned, as ambient temperatures were in the 30s. The bathroom was equally spacious and clean. The restaurant was very pleasant with a spacious outdoor terrace, where it was a pleasure to eat al fresco on a hot evening. The service was very good, the menu wide ranging from pizza to steak, all at reasonable prices, as was the wine. There was also a large off street parking area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay; excellent value for money, I would definitely stay there again when in the area

The staff are lovely, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. It has a very popular restaurant downstairs and the food is delicious and well priced. It has a good air con system, which was important as it was 36 degrees outside when I stayed. There was a receptionist, I didn’t catch her name but she has curly blonde hair and speaks very good English and is very pleasant.

There is a little mini bar in the room, it’s a little bit expensive and there is no glasses provided in the room if you do decide to have something. There was some cobwebs alone the ceiling, minor issue that didn’t bother me too much.

The restaurant was a hidden gem and a big pleasant surprise. Hands down one of the best meals we’ve had. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we get a taxi to the airport at 4AM on a Sunday. There is nothing bad to say about this stay. If you already have a place to stay and just want good authentic Italian food in the neighborhood, please give yourself a favor and to go to the restaurant. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport, this is THE place

This was a great find. We can in a classic car so wanted a secure car park. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very pleasant. We ordered a dinner B&B package and ordered a la carte with wine so were expecting some extra costs, but all was included. The restaurant served excellent pizzas and had a range of other dishes too. It was buzzing and had great atmosphere. Although out room was near the courtyard good double glazing meant there was no noise.

Handy location for the airport and transport into Verona. Quiet despite being on a main road. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel had character as well as good facilities. Good breakfast and an added bonus was the excellent and good value restaurant attached to the hotel.

comfy bed, good shower. excellent evening meal included with dinner, bread and breakfast. two courses with a drink, coffee and water. breakfast basic, cheese/ham/ croissants/rolls/fruit/cake. Excellent location for airport which is 5 minutes away and about €19 by taxi. Lovely pleasant staff.

you can’t check in any earlier than 3.30pm as there is nobody at hotel. if you’re early Cafe Giardino further up the road(turn left when you come out hotel) is a cafe bar with food/drinks/coffees if you need somewhere to wait. Be aware that if you’re booking a taxi from hotel, it can take 15/30 minutes if it’s a busy time.

The staff was very kind, the room was big, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was silent and worked perfectly. The entire building is very nice, clean and well kept, and the closed reserved parking a plus.

The breakfast can be improved, even though it works fine.

Good location not far from the airport. Fantastic restaurant with an outside seating.

Obviously the noise from the restaurant makes it bit noisy in the room until fairly late in the evening and again relatively early in the morning.

Terrible Pool Table! Charged 10 euros for balls but table surface was balled and worn out.
