Exceptionally clean in every corner of the hotel and pool area. Staff were very helpful from check in. Breakfast was fantastic most mornings with a great selection to choose from. Hotel and pool area were quiet which suited us for this trip.

We stayed midweek here and it appears it is very much utilised for business purposes. The location is also a 20 minute taxi ride into Verona city, there is nothing within walking distance. Pool bar food quality and choice definitely lacked the quality we would have expected in Italy.

The hotel building and surrounding garden is a beautiful feel-good oasis. Nicely designed and well maintained. The hotel room is modern, comfortable and the superb bathroom with shower and separate toilet cabin add a luxurious touch. Next time, I would take a room with balcony facing the pool and garden - and also stay longer than 1 night to explore Verona. Staff is super friendly. The car parking (1 outside and 2 underground) is very convenient. Dinner at Signorvino was the highlight of our short stopover. Breakfast was good with large buffet selection.

The corridors to the rooms (3xx) feel a bit soulless and resemble more of a hospital. Also acoustically, when room doors close the noise reverberates through the corridor. Perhaps a carpet, wall paintings or panels could add a more damped and warm atmosphere. Staff at breakfast should be a bit more organized (for ordering coffee).

The rooms were spacious and the facility was amazing. We especially loved the outside pool and the gardens. Despite being near the airport, we would have never known. Maybe saw 2 planes on our entire stay. Very quiet location.

We wish there were more options for less formal dining.

We had a room in the new block with a vast terrace - much appreciated as our arrival coincided with a sunny break in the appalling weather we'd experienced throughout our autumn break in Italy. This is a large establishment given over during the daytime to conferences and seminars. Drinks in the courtyard and dinner in the restaurant were pleasant and not overpriced. The airport shuttle was efficient and convenient.

The buffet breakfast in a vast dining room could have been better organised. Items seemed to have been grouped haphazardly with large distances between serving stations. Cooked items were cold and bread and baked goods were stale and tough.

A bit of a wow hotel, much posher than I'm used to. Not cheap, but good value considering how nice it was. Lovely pool, big enough to swim lengths. The hotel is pretty big and easy to get lost in! But it doesn't feel too busy, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. The old part of the building is beautiful. I think the more expensive rooms in the old bit must be gorgeous. Vegan options at breakfast were a little strange, but appreciated for their existence! Free airport shuttle is very useful.

Although there are various plant milks available at breakfast, none made their way to the poolside bar, when I was really hanging out for an oat milk latte. A small complaint, perhaps, but if they have it on the premises, what a shame they can't provide it when it's so longed-for! Planes taking off are quite noisy. But then, it's near the airport, which is a plus, right? Lots of selection on the restaurant menu but nothing vegan, except side dishes. Not bad prices though, considering quality and location, and good waiting staff.

It as a good pool and comfortable rooms very modern the hotel. Excellent breakfast

If you want to travel around to lake Garda you would need to get a taxi or drive. Outside the hotel there is no where of interest.if you want be near to the airport then is excellent as it’s only 5 min on a taxi. I have been here 4 times and is very modern but if you want something traditional Italian then you will be disappointed unless you like high tech modern vibes

We stayed here with our 3 month old for just 1 night on our way to Croatia. It is very convenient since it is located near the highway. There are a lot of parking spots as well as a free garage. The staff was very nice and helpful We enjoyed the outdoor pool and Spa facilities and dinner we had was delicious. They helped us with sterilizing our babies bottles and were not at all annoyed by our baby babbling. Breakfast was very good. We will most definitely be staying here again.

- the location of the Hotel is perfect, very close to the highway exit / entrance and to the airport and for sure it is not a long ride to the Verona city center, a good place to stay - free parking garage (first Hotel in Italy, where i have been finding something like this, a day before i had to pay Euro 40 per day for parking in Firenze) - very big rooms, stylish made and very, very clean - very friendly staff - a winery in the Hotel - a billard table, a soccer table in the underground - a 25 m pool - absolutely cool and the outside area around the pool is also very nice and big (with enough umbrellas and sun chairs aso) - the food in the own restaurant was excellent - free water automats in the several floors of the Hotel - we have been arriving later in the evening and the reception asked us, if we want to sleep longer the next day and they have been prolonging the check out time for 2 hours for free (excellent customer orientation) - several big meeting rooms - also perfect for company events aso

Cared, clean and managed by Italians, so you can totally feel the atmosphere of Verona. The main building itself is a monument, with the old classic style garden, huge “portico” doors, classic Italian villa garden roads.. truly mesmerizing. We had a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and it was very tasty with fair prices and amazing wine choice, highly recommended.

Just to mention something: we booked at last so the room was long way away from the reception, (other building, to be precise, connected by the corridor), yet it was very nice, spacious and stylish.

The staff here are amazing. They are polite, multilingual and just so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were so many choices of dishes. They even had plenty for restrictive diets. The hotel is very clean and tidy with nothing out of order or broken.

I only have a couple of small niggly gripes about this hotel. The air-conditioning in the room had seen better days and was barely able to produce a slightly cooling whisper. There is a lack of real food. The restaurant is great but if your not into a la catre dining your options are very limited. My last point is this, every peice of furniture in your room/hotel has a designer name (there was a list on the back of the room door to prove it). Although it had no impact on my stay it just gave an impression of a mismatched department store display room
