We really enjoyed our stay at Corte Castello — the property is charming and peaceful, with beautifully maintained grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is good for exploring the Lake Garda area, and the hosts were warm and attentive, always happy to help with tips or recommendations. Good breakfast. Overall, we would still recommend Corte Castello Affi for its charm, hospitality, and location — just be prepared for warmer nights if you're staying during peak summer.

The only downside was the air conditioning — it wasn’t very effective, especially during the hotter days. It made the nights a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant, with classical music playing softly in the background. It made for a truly special experience. The view was beautiful, and the surrounding area is stunning.

Unfortunately, after double-checking, I noticed that the apartment I booked did not mention that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms. This meant the other couple/children/family had to walk through someone else’s bedroom to access the bathroom — which is quite inconvenient. At check-in, I was told this was clearly specified in the booking details, but this was not the case. We eventually switched to another available apartment. Also, the lack of air conditioning (understandable given the age of the building) or any cooling system made it very difficult to sleep at night, at least in the attic apartment where we stayed.

What a place, the house, rooms, owners, location, all was such a find. We all loved our stay there! The peace for sleeping in beautifully decorated rooms, all the details of the stay, from a free glass of prosecco, or the machine to fill up your bottles with fizzy water. The lovely courtyard with lemon and olive trees. All the area surrounding corte Castello to walk your dog. We also got the music of the owner which was great. We were three generations there and we all loved it!

It is an excellent accommodation – a little paradise surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Before we arrived, the owners made a reservation for us at one of them. It was outstanding. Absolutely recommendable! We will definitely come back.

We had a fabulous dinner in the house, but finally it cost a lot more than what I predicted based on the menu. Still it was within range if compared to other restaurants.

Great place for a nice vacation! It is calm and peaceful with beautiful garden and authentic interior. The owners are so hospitality and polite, ready to help with any information all the time. Definitely we will visit Corte Castello again for a longer vacation.

A very lovely couple running the place. You really feel they give it their all to make it a pleasant stay for you. Its like visiting your friends.

Its just the nature of a more remote place that the selection of restaurants or activities is not as vast. You just need to check that out beforehand.

A Magnificent and beautiful old house with a historical quality with great atmosphere, that we fell inlove with. The rooms are spacious and clean and we loved the layout of the family suite. It is located on a nice hill and 15 min drive from the lake, 25 min from Verona. Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the small pool in the garden.

The best part about the place is its owners - wonderful musicians who also invited us to their performance in the Garda Town pub. Everything else feels like home, they do care about every guest to be treated like that.

The property was very clean and spacious, and in such a peaceful location. It was the perfect stop before visiting the crowds in the small towns around Lake Garda. The host made our stay extra special!

No wifi on the top floor only on bottom floor but it really wasn’t a big deal.
