Clean & functional room on the 4th floor, nice side view of the sea Bed was comfy but we could have done with a couple more pillows. Underground parking is available as there isn’t enough out front Staff were helpful but a bit more information (ie the car park) would be useful? FYI No hot drink making facilities but hairdryer, fridge & safe in the room

The Spa was very nice and the 188 club beach area was good. Staff on the whole were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The queues for coffee in the morning. Also waiting for other items to be replenished swiftly I.e scrambled eggs. This was an exceptional busy time of year though with the Iron man contest.

Excellent pool, lots of sun loungers, great choice at breakfast, room spacious, comfortable, good location for the beach. Sun lounger on the beach good. Thank you to the housekeeping lady that retrieved the missing item.

I would have preferred to choose the location of my beach sun lounger rather than it be pre allocated. Cleaning staff should not throw anything away which is not in the bin.

Across the road is a nice bar super for breakfast and the hotel is situated across the road from the beach. Nice big swimming pool.

Matras was to soft for me but fine for my wife.

The facilities were good, very convenient to the beach. The animation team were very friendly and polite.

The place is a little dated, the tv was impossible to understand how to use it and very old. The buffet dinner was quiet disappointing in comparison to the nice buffet breakfast.
