In general, as always, I chose it based on the picture; I didn’t really read the reviews. I looked on the map that there are many shopping centers nearby and the price is more than adequate. The first impression was very mixed; from the outside the hotel looked more like an ordinary private house. And so I liked it. Price, friendly hosts. Everything is quite clean and tidy. Spacious, bright room. close location to shopping centers. The hotel has a sauna for an additional fee. In general, the price/quality ratio is very good. there are rubber slippers. No road noise There are rooms with a balcony.

Well, now about the bad. The first is the location; to get there you need to walk about 900 meters along a not very well lit street with a bad road. The shower tilt is not adjustable. There are no disposable accessories in the form of shampoo and shower gel. There is just a bottle with some kind of liquid soap. You only need to enter by ringing the bell on the front door. The first time I entered the bathroom there was a rather unpleasant smell, although it quickly disappeared. no hair dryer. Barking dogs are very annoying, it was difficult to get used to, so take earplugs. The most negative thing was that the first breakfast was marred by moldy bread; no one offered to make amends or compensate. Afterwards everything was fine.

They kindly let me leave car for 2 nights even though I'd only booked for 1 night (there was no room availability when I realised I would finish so late I'd need a second night). Very convenient location for completing ironman. Close to registration point and transition. I appreciated being able to go back once in the morning of race to use bathroom rather than queuing for portaloo!

The single room size was pretty small, almost no place for bike. Double room will be better.

I've been there for the Cervia Ironman the staff took really care of us up to the 5h30 breakfast on race day. That helped a lot making these days unforgettable. Thanks

Great and fairly quiet location ideal for a family short trip. You can get access to Fantini beach ( which is not the cheapest one!!! ) and it's a walk distance from the town centre. Price is adequate for what you get. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

It's our second visit to Hotel Falco. A bit disappointed about the breakfast as it was fairly poorly 😕 and also we didn't get fresh towels on the second day. The hotel could have been better with a bit of renovation!!!

i came for the ironman event, and then the hotel is spot on ! located near the beach and start of the race, has parking (but pay extra of course) and wonderfull staff. also communication was through whatsapp, which was new, but very handy for me

no bar or lunch/dinner possibilities at the hotel, but ok, you cant win them all :)

Bathroom could be improved with a better shower. Breakfast was fairly good ( nice handmade cakes ) but the coffee machine needs to be replaced!!
