Nice clean hotel. Very comfy bed and pillows. I slept like a baby every night. The window shutters are pitched black! (Which I loved!!!) You need to put alarm or else you will wake up late!! Bagno 169's staffs are great and very friendly. They are about to close the kitchen when we arrive but they still served us even we are 12 persons. Much appreciated.

It would be great if they have different breakfast variation. For us who stayed there for 7 days and eating the same breakfast everyday was a bit disappointing. And the check out time was too early. 10.30. Thank you.

Our room had a lovely sea view and a big balcony. The room was quite large and very clean. The breakfast was good and tasty. The location is just across the street from the sea. The city centre is about 25 minutes on foot, and you can find many restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel has a spa, but you must make a reservation to use the saunas. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious but very plain. A kettle would be nice to have in the room. When we arrived, we had problems with the heating; however, after some time, the hotel staff finally fixed it. We have missed some written information (a informative booklet) about the hotel, the facilities and the spa in the room. In that case we might even use the spa...

We had the awesome roof top room on the 6 th floor. Room 624. We could hear the rooftop bar music. Not an issue for us. We have no children and on holiday so it was fine but it could be annoying if you were trying to go to sleep early or have young children. We actually loved going up to the bar. But definitely could hear the music in our room

The room was spacious, modern, and had great amenities, i.e. (jacuzzi tub, step-in shower, double vanity, refrigerator, and a sprawling balcony with a hot tub.

The phone in the room did not work at all. Anytime that I needed something, I had to go downstairs. The desk clerk on night duty didn't seem to know how to do anything (i.e. fix the phone, work the hot tub, etc.). He even suggested that I wait until the next day to use the hot tub. Little to no initiative was shown.

Room was lovely but would have benefitted from coffee making facilities.

No coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast was average, could have had some hot food options.

There were some problems with the keycard of the room and I had the manual key because of that. Some problems with the electricity (lights) in the very last night, but we managed to resolve it. This was, however, just a small detail and not giving a big harm.

Super stylish with big generous rooms. Everything you could want. A rooftop pool. Beach access. And a great breakfast.

Quiet. But that was down to the time of year. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me.

Loved the rooftop swimmingpool with the wiew and a nice sitting space. The breakfast was very nice. The room clean and bright. The bathroom spacious and clean.

We were a little confused about the bar on ground floor, never open when we asked. The rooftop bar was nice but sometimes closed. We had a birthday in the family and wanted to celebrate with champagne we got as a gift. When we asked for ice bucket to take to the room the young man at the rooftop bar said we could not have it if we did not buy the bottle from him, he was very rude and when I told him that I just bought a bottle from the bar for 70 Euros when we sat there at lunchtime with our group, he yelled at me “ you said you had your own bottle” and I explained to him that this was a new one he shrugged his shoulders , ran into the kitchen and gave me a container with some few icecubes, without a word. A little uncomfortable, since everyone else were very nice and polite.

Great location facing the sea! Modern and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean boasting a nice balcony. Bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Breakfast excellent!
