Beautiful hotel and swimming pools. Very clean hotel and good location.

Pillows are not so comfortable, should be softer. We stayed in the middle of the summer therefore we should have been welcomed with some bottle of water in the room as amenities upon arrival but nothing, it’s a shame.. No kettle with tea bags in the room, which should be for a 4 star hotel and paying the price… Slippers were missing in the room…

Very clean, right in front of the beach and walkable distance to city centre. Very nice swimming pool.

Breakfast quality not up to 4s hotel - no great freshness, no brands, very sad coffee machine. Pool should have more umbrellas. Bike offer could be also improved.

Close location to the see, very clean and very friendly staff. Good breakfast and overall very nice hotel. Good A/C in the room. Nice outdoor pool with enough sun loungers around it. A jacuzzi is a nice touch.

Some facilities need some repairs, we rented bikes and one of the broke down mid ride. Balcony door lock was broken but you can close the blinds to block access. Not very usable TV with just handful of English speaking programs (news only) and no streaming services.

For our vacation it was perfect as we were there for the Ironman . Staff were excellent especially Michaela , nothing was too much for her . The only disappointment was that the pool or jacuzzi were not heated as we would have loved a dip but it was freezing ! The room was very small for the money but the view from the balcony was lovely .

The staff were very friendly and it was the perfect location for our stay.

It was disappointing, but totally understandable, that the restaurant was closed while the IronMan competition was on. We asked for a late checkout by email which was agreed, although we were very surprised to have been charged 80 euros for this upon checkout which wasn't advised to us when it was agreed. We were even charged for the use of the pool towels which we thought was excessive.

I ended up in Hospital (nothing to do with the hotel I just fell ill), the staff where fantastic to my family over the 3 days I was in hospital, staring with arranging taxi to take me t midnight to helping them enjoy their stay whilst I was in hospital - thank you Hotel Team

Great hotel in superb location, staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was a good size and there were always sunbeds available. The resort was pleasant and had the most sunbeds we had ever seen on a beach.

A small point, but a lack of tea and coffee making facilities.

Thought sunbeds would have been more comfortable for cushions.Breakfast was good overall but poor quality juices.

Stayed with our dog, they made us all feel welcome. Set the table for breakfast in the hall everyday so that we could have breakfast with our dog. Very much appreciated!

Very close to a fantastic beach - both with a public area of the beach and plenty of beach clubs. The view from our room was beautiful and hotel service is excellent. Hint Get up early and see the sun rise, it is amazing. Suggestion for improvements. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, and a nice bottle of wine in the fridge, would have been nice.
