The stuff were so kind and the place was both cosy and clean. The environment was quite and lovely and the room had almost everything we need.

The breakfast offer was actually two supermarket old croissants and two capsules of coffee in the room. So the lack of explaining this was annoying. Also the location was not so comfortable and a bit scary to comeback in night.

Beautiful modern accommodation. Lovely garden with pond. Comfortable bed, luxury shower. Good location for reaching on foot from bus station and to walk into the city. Great little supermarket down the road and playground closeby. Booking was handled all online and remotely. Staff were quick to reply and helpful online. Did not meet any staff in person as we checked in so late. Happy late check in could be accommodated. Good option for those wanting an overnight ahead of/after a cruise out of Ravenna. Bus to/from Venice stops 10 mins walk away. 15 mins walk into city to bus stop that goes to the Port.

In one room, there was no shelf in shower for soap or shampoo etc. Wooden step up to shower area feels like it is bending underfoot. May need fixing soon. Pillows were very flat and no others seemed to be available.

The location is excellent as was the availability of free parking outside.The room was clean and comfortable and the entrance instructions were clear and efficient.The internet worked well.

The breakfast provided was disappointing while the lack of normal sized cups made making a cup of tea very difficult. The main light switch and the fan control were complicated and no instructions were provided.

A bit outside of town but it was flat and easy to walk. For on-street parking we got lucky and got the spot right in front of the house. Super secure, it is a multi-unit apartment with common area. We were there one night but you could comfortably stay longer. There is a small fridge right in the unit. Bed is low to the ground but good quality. Bathroom is modern and roomy.

The place is beautiful. High ceiling, enough space, nicely done bathroom, all looking new. All clean and cosy. The owner was very helpful, she gave us tips for beaches nearby.

The pillow was too big and too hard for me (clearly made for a man). I had to sleep on a folded towel - my back was not happy.

Big room, comfortable bed. Nice surrounding area.

There’s a football field ten meters away from the hotel so my evening was pretty loud. The place isn’t too close to the city centre. It was a bit chilly at night. Couldn’t turn on the coffee machine. And it was quite unusual to have unseparated shower cabin and toilet.

Only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the train station & easy to find. Lovely, peaceful setting.

There was information about nearby cafes, etc. (I think) but only in Italian. Information in English & other languages would've been helpful. Not a complaint, an observation.

Very cute hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Rooms were large and able to stay cool at night. Walk to the center was doable with the heat. Beautiful city with great beaches. Parking was east and free.

Lovely modern, well-equipped apartments in a quiet area within walking distance of the city centre. Incredible and hospitable hosts, Antonella and Marianna, who even helped to get to the port when the local taxi park was not available.

I rarely give such a conclusion, but in this case, there are no shortcomings at all.

The property was beautiful with a cute garden at the entrance. The room was spacious and clean.

I stayed during summer and the room was particularly hot. I would be nice if there was an A/C. Also the mosquitoes net had some halls.
