Breakfast was just cold items , cheese and meat tray, rolls and cookies and yogurt . Coffee machine and juice. The location was great for us, next to train station easy access. After 3 flights and two trains , having the hotel walking distance to train station was important . The room was adequate, not worth $200 a night (which we paid) it was a $100 or less value room.

The air conditioning could be better the shower is very small. The room was very clean .

Although the staff do not speak English, they were very friendly. Great location to get the bus to the port for a cruise. Stop is right outside the hotel Train station is next door. Old part of the city worth exploring just 10 minute walk. Best gelato we have ever tasted. Near Church Vitale

Towel warmer and hair dryer didn’t work and am sure staff would have remedied it but we were only there for two nights.

I recently stayed at this charming little hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property is impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to rate our stay. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the place. I have not stayed in that clean of a hotel in quite sometime. It was nice to get back to a place where you open a door with an actual key. It was such a lovely place with an awesome balcony and lovely table to sit at and watch the chaos at the train station.

Great location, very close to the train station. The front desk staff made several calls to try and get dinner reservations for us as it was a busy weekend in town.

I didn't realize that breakfast was not included in the price. When we checked in, the clerk gave us all the details about the breakfast: time, location etc, but failed to tell us that it would be an extra charge. The walls are thin, we could easily hear the people next door.

It was a minute walk from the train station and a short walk to downtown. The room was clean and it had two beds, a queen size and a day bed.

You couldn’t control the AC from the room, we had to call reception. Communication was a little tricky at times since not everyone speaks English. But it wasn’t bad, just a minor issue. Overall it was a good stay.

Very centrally located, right next to the station in a lovely leafy quarter of the city about ten minutes stroll from the main square. Excellent value for money - comfortable, impeccably clean. Our room even had a little balcony. A proper old fashioned - in the very best sense of that word - very Italian 'albergo'.

Maybe a more inviting breakfast area - we decided not to have breakfast simply because the area, though perfectly practical, looked a little cramped and uncomfortable.

It was so close to the train station & walkable to the other attractions in town. The staff was helpful & friendly. Spacious bathroom & room space. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

The location is perfect if you’re traveling to catch the cruise ship as it is meters from the train station then simple catch taxi to the cruise terminal

Location is super, beside the Ravenna train station. My standard double room on the top floor was very clean, comfortable & completely QUIET, especially considering the location. Proprietors are lovely people, very kind & helpful. They allowed luggage storage between checkout time & my train departure. Breakfast was basic but fine.

The location is excellent and close to the train station. Ravenna is an easy walk to all the significant sites. The staff was helpful in every way. Plus breakfast!

It took the air conditioner a while to catch up to the summer heat, but the staff was very attentive to making sure everything was working properly.
