The hotel is tranquil, the staff gives a warm welcome, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the cleanliness is evident, as you can smell it while walking in the lobby. The cleaning staff work contentiously. The Breakfast is fantastic; it is varied and satisfies everyone, especially the croissants, which are accompanied by the best and most expensive types of cheese. Also, laundry services are excellent and at decent prices I want to thank Mr. Luca, who checked me in and gave me a warm welcome.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and even the possibility to order additional dishes from the menu. The staff at the reception were also very kind and helpful. It was remarkable how often the room was cleaned, and there was always a little treat left for the children (candies).

There were really no negative points. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to have parasols on the sun deck, as it can get quite hot there.

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The bathroom was also equipped to handle the needs of smaller users, which was great! The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

The breakfast is amazing, fresh, varied and healthy and the room is big with a beautiful view. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is central between the train station and the historic part of the city. There is a nice sunporch if you woukd like to enjoy the sun abd breeze.

The towels are very thin and there was no amenities supplied. Fortunately I carry my own hair products and lotion. The breakfast lacks enough proteins. It is mostly pastries and fruit. It IS free, so I hesitate to complain too much, but I would have liked some different forms of eggs and such. Definitely not a deal breaker. The coffees at breakfast are nice. For such a small city, I found the hotel to be a bit expensive.

Palazzo Bezzi must be one of the best, if not the best, in Ravenna: a fully renovated historical residence, very close to the main attractions of this sadly underestimated city, with excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms are both spacious and creatively decorated, and come with plenty of amenities.

It's no fault of the hotel's, but parking your car can be tricky past a certain hour: parking space is limited, and you may end up far from the hotel. The system is very well organised, though: staff will take your plate number and give it to the authorities, so you pay much less than you normally would and do not need to move your car around constantly.

The room was decent on 5th floor. Beautiful view. Spacious enough for Italy (Ravenna). Also the bathroom is all glass and has a nice view. Beautifully lighten ! The breakfast much better than expected. I can say great breakfast with plenty of selections, different (exotic and local) fruits every day, eggs, cheeses, amazing croissants you name it in addition to an a-la-carte selection also available as part of the menu. The breakfast staff super amazing, smiling, welcoming and very helpful and friendly.

We asked for a late check-out for 1 or 2 hours extra only, the first reaction “you have to pay”. Lack of manners and courtesy and very poor attitude on the front desk staff. Specially that we had arrived past 10 PM for check-in and had stay 3 night on a very low season. As the hotel was quite empty he could have had a courtesy gesture or at least better manners and attitude. Also on another note, laundry service over charged (more expensive than our hotel at Rome). Also there is a laundry just 2 blocks away from the hotel (1 minute walk) had we found out earlier!

Staff is fabulous. Walkable from train station (10 mins). Could walk to all sites I wanted to see. Lovely looking hotel. Room size was great. Breakfast was terrific.

Only one thing could be improved: the bed. Actually, the bed size and firmness were just right. But 2 pillows and each were rather hard. If you are going to offer 2 pillows, make one softer. Also, too many linens and layers to bed. Tucked in tightly and a pain to pull apart. Make it so there is a sheet and one blanket, then at end of bed is another layer renter can use if needed.

We were here for our honeymoon for a night before going on a cruise and it was perfect! They went above and beyond and put rose petals on our bed and wrote us a note and it was so nice! The staff was great, easy to talk to all the way from CA, through what’sapp. They set up transportation for us to our port. They had a great little welcome/drink party with appetizers and the breakfast selection was amazing! It had everything you needed/wanted. I wish we would have booked more nights there and will definitely be back!

The hotel is very well located. We stayed one night and walked the center twice, being so close to all the attraction. They surprised us with a small bag for each of our daughters with small gifts (sweets, a card game, etc). Also, slippers and bathrobe their size were waiting for them in the room, and tea cups in animal shape. That was impressive. Very good breakfast variety despite the small display.
