Convenient location in this wonderful city - don't let the immediate surroundings put you off, it is convenient for buses and trains and a really easy walk to all the amazing sites in the city. Very easy half-day trip to the beach on the bus right near the hotel (EUR3 return bus fare, contactless payment on the bus). Room was spacious and bright, made even more so by the giant mirror wall at the head of the bed.

We paid for the breakfast for one of the two nights we stayed, it was adequate but not quite to the standard you would expect from an NH/4-star property. The first day we found a local brunch place nearby - and whilst we at less and the cost was only marginally cheaper, the ambiance and quality of food felt like it was better than the hotel buffet breakfast. The second day we had to hotel breakfast for convenience prior to departure, and it was ok but not great.

The location was excellent for the purpose of my trip, just a short walk from where I needed to be. Good value for money, and the daily cleaning service was reliable and appreciated.

The air conditioning was intermittent on a few days, and on the last night my room reached 30°C, which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included, despite my extended stay. Some reception staff were somewhat unfriendly

1. The location was brilliant. A few hundred meters form the train station and a short walk to two of the UNESCO sites. 2. One of our group was in a wheelchair. There was disabled access from the street to the desk to the lift and in the room (they had a suite).

It would have been good if the windows in the breakfast room opened to improve ventilation, or if that was not possible, to install some large HEPA filters to reduce the risk of infection.

I like that the hotel was close to the train station in Ravenna. The room was small and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was not complimentary, so we had to go and find food to eat. There is a McDonald’s at the train station.

Would have loved if they had complimentary breakfast for the customers and water in the room. We had to catch a shuttle to the cruise port, but the staff told us that we needed Euros because the driver didn’t take US dollars. I expected the hotel staff to use my card to pay for the shuttle, but instead we had to go find the ATM to have Euros to pay the driver. So I wasn’t very pleased about that situation.

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. The location is short walk from the train station. The room was small, as are most European hotel rooms, but the hotel met our needs. We paid for a room to include breakfast and it was well worth it. The bed was a little firm for our tastes. The bathroom was nice, the shower could've used a little more water pressure. The hotel was nice to let us store our luggage as we explored the beautiful town of Ravenna and see the amazing mosaics inside the Basilicas before heading to our cruise.

The price was a little high for what you get, but choices are limited in the area.

The configuration of the bathtub faucet was quite annoying. It was very difficult to even move my legs when standing in the shower. The hotel also seems to appeal to tour groups who can be a bit rude to individual travelers.

Great location: a 5 minute or so walk from the train station. About a 10 or 15 minute walk to all the main sites of Ravenna. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is good.

Sound proofing could use some work. You can hear anyone in the hallways of your floor talking or walking by from inside your room.

Breakfast was very good The hotel is situated in one of the best possible spots if you come to Ravenna to visit all the historically important sights of the late roman / gothic era.

Room service turned back on the AC, so after you were the whole day outside in the heat, you'll get a shock from the cold air.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and helped us when we arrived and told us our cruise had moved to another port many hours away. They found out where we needed to go and helped us organise transfer to Venice. It was a very stressful situation but they handled everything so very well.

The door to our room didn’t automatically close so we needed to always pull it shut. The room was a little dated.

Great location, easy to reach, close to City Center and all the important locations.

Nothing in particular. Parking can be a challenge,as you will have to locate public parking, there is a public parking facility right in front of the hotel, finding a free spot could be a challenge.
