The studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The breakfasts were excellent, included considerable variety, and served in an elegant room. One couldn't help but feel pampered. But most of all, Yulia was a lovely host. She made all the difference. She was so warm and gracious in greeting every guest at breakfast and made everyone feel welcome. Her attention to detail in everything, from the toiletries provided, the delicious breakfast, and the lovely decorations and artwork was exceptional. It was a very special experience. We highly recommend it.

On a very quiet street and conveniently located - very close to the main sights and also streets full of shops and restaurants, including the fantastic market. The hostess is probably the best I’ve met: so considerate and willing to accommodate, very helpful; called us a taxi a couple of times. The breakfast is served in two lovely room, one of them looks like a grand dining room; the breakfast is very good, lots of choices; coffee served in beautiful cups. There’s a very nice courtyard. The room with its amenities and toiletries deserves a separate compliment: you find all possible things you don’t see in expensive hotels, and they are generously restocked every day. The bathroom is spacious; the whole place is amazingly clean and cozy, furnished nicely with pieces that make you feel at home. All accessories and details are solid and brand new. WiFi works perfectly well.

We stayed at this lovely residence for one night before our cruise, and honestly, we couldn't have picked a better place. The location is fantastic—close to the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and more. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The host was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi in the morning. This can be quite tricky in Ravenna, as there isn’t a central taxi service you can call, and it gets very busy with cruise passengers heading to the port. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ravenna, and I highly recommend it to others.

Martins Residence is a wonderful place to stay in. It’s very conveniently located for the historic centre and train station. Our room is extremely spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The facilities included an entire kitchen, which was so cleverly located behind a pull out set of doors. The bathroom is so gorgeous, we would have loved one like it at home. The breakfast room again very tastefully decorated and the selection was really good. We got gorgeous coffee in the most impressive gold coloured cups. Yulia couldn’t do enough for us. She is so professional and so friendly.

Very good location. You can go in to the ZTL, because they arrange it with local authorities. Check-in parking places. The parking lot is very close (~200m maybe, it is an easy walk even with luggage), and it is by default not expensive, moreover they can provide a very good parking voucher (only EUR 5 for a whole day). Large room, large bed, spacious bathroom, with lots of room to pack. Dedicated wifi for every room. What I loved the most: lots of fruit at breakfast, and you can select for your own (no pre-assembled cups), and they refill them quickly - the best fruit selection in our 11 days trip with 6 hotels.

Very poor interior soundproofing: all our neighbors disturbed us (upper and opposite). All windows face the inner courtyard.

Our stay at Martin's Residence de Luxe in Ravenna was truly a 10 out of 10 experience! The apartment was full of character, charm, and comfort — absolutely perfect for a couple of days before starting our cruise. Iulia, the host, was amazing! Her warm hospitality, attention to every detail, and excellent communication both before and during our stay made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. And the breakfast — simply the best! Thoughtfully prepared and delicious, it was the perfect way to start each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended

Martins Residence de Luxe was the perfect accommodation, near the Station but easy to get to all the important sites. The Staff were delightful and very helpful. Our room was large with a very big bed, good sized bathroom and spotlessly clean. The Breakfast was very generously supplied with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cakes, breads, meat, cheese and boiled eggs. I would highly recommend this accommodation it was a hidden gem.

The property is located in central Ravenna, but on a side street. Therefore it is very quiet, yet every sight is within a pleasant and short walk. There is no parking space, but a parking garage is nearby. The place was squeaky clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very elegantly furnished in every detail. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection. The host was gracious and helpful. The staff was very nice. A bit of advice if I may: I think a coffee maker in the room would be greatly appreciated. To summarize, a great place to stay, at a very reasonable cost.

The hotel was once a big house. It has been beautifully renovated and has 2 outdoor courtyards. Our room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The manager Julia kept a very high standard. There was beautiful fresh fruit for breakfast.

We had to walk 1km from the station as no taxis. The entrance is a blue door on an unremarkable street. There was a number to ring but noone heard our call. We went in when the builder next door rang again and the manager came. Also no hot breakfast to accompany the very well done continental one.

Everything- It was pretty near perfect- the beds were the most comfortable we had slept in over 5 weeks travelling in Italy. Our room was huge and spacious and quiet. Julia has fantastic taste and such an eye for detail. She is so warm and friendly and helped us when we had problems due to the Italian National Rail Strike. Thank you Julia for that!
