1. Perfect location - beach and IronMan bike check in 2 min walk, IronMan start/finish at 15 min walk, restaurants, playground and small shops nearby, big Connad 17 min walk. IM bike course runs in front of the building. 2. New, clean apartment. Comfortable beds, pillows and sofa. Looks like the pictures. Big balcony, elevator. Equipped kitchen. Blackout window shades. Parking (didn't use it, but it was available) 3. Nice staff, polite, helpful. 4. Great wifi. 5. They offer discounts for beach beds and lunch at nearby beaches. 6. Cleaning was offered once per our 4 night stay.

1. Distance to old town Cervia or train station is 30 min walk. But a cab is 12 euros and a 5 min drive. For a family with a small kid it was perfect to be close to the beach and have the possibility of a cab ride to center/train station. 2. The layout of our apartment was weird for our group (3 adults, 1 child). The bathroom is en suite and is very difficult if you have a sleeping child in the bedroom. Also weird for a 3rd adult sleeping in the livingroom to use the bathroom. But it would be perfect for a couple or 2 adults +1 or 2 children. 3. Early check out at 10 AM.

Elegance Sute Apartments is in the middle of Cervia, easily accessed and offering a parking place in the yard. Everything was quite new, the kitchen included all necessary items and the beds were comfortable. With a train station in Cervia you can easily visit Ravenna as it only takes about half an hour and then you arrive in the middle of Ravenna to explore its magnificent Unesco Workd Heritage buildings.

Position very close to one of the few free beach. nice and modern apartment with furnished kitchen and nice living room. very clean and super comfortable bed. parking place available on site for a reasonable price, free parking spots available close by (if found free in high season)

Nice apartments, equipped with everything needed for even a longer stay. The Apt house offers apartments of different sizes = great for bigger families. Very close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Very easy to find a parking on the street, however to book a parking is also an option.

This was an excellent apartment for 6 of us to stay in for 9 days. Extremely clean with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely helpful staff. Convenient location to many high lights around the area.

A great apartment, very close to the beach. It is bright and airy, clean and spacious. The staff at the nearby hotel where you check-in are friendly and helpful.

The apartment does not have a toaster, but a kettle was provided immediately when asked for.

The location is super - 5 min away from the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has everything needed. Really enjoyed staying there.

The staff was excellent, the apartment was very, very clean. I had quite a number of encounters with the staff and they were so wonderful! The location was amazing! The bed was very comfortable.

It’s one of the best places to stay cuz it’s clean and have all the things I needed. Perfect for a family stay particularly with kids.
